Affordable price, friendly service, good location There are restaurants and shops nearby, and supermarkets and department stores are not too far away. A short walk to Cologne Cathedral Exclusive parking spaces require an additional fee of 22 euros per day, but there are not many spaces. The breakfast is simple. The room is older and the elevator cannot be used. Shower space is small and no air conditioning Everything else is fine

Front desk could be a little more friendly. Bathroom very small and need to take shower in very small bath not nice would prefer a normal shower. It is so small I dont know how a german can fit into the bath / shower???all the rest was good and the breakfast is very good buffet.

The hotel is a real 4 star hotel, the rooms are big and well equipped, the staff are professional and welcoming, the breakfast is tasty and has a great variety, the location is superb, really a great experience, we will come back to this hotel.

The room is amazing, the location is even better. Its iust 2 mins walk from the bus or metro. The receptionist is very welcome and is great that we are able to check in early as well. The room is filled with full facility and very cozy

Very good interior design and modern hotel. Location is super good. Walkable distance to shopping area, to museums, to various attraction points, especially the cathedral church!

This Hotel is in the city center. It is very convenient and close to Koln Dom and train station. A lot of super markets and stores around as well as resturants. Fantastic experiences.

Absolutely recommended, especially for people wanting a quiet place near the train station. Has a spa that we didnt have time to use.

close to train station. however I did have a bit of difficulty finding a path to the hotel from the station. Google maps was showing me different directions - the problem is that the station is parallel to the dom and to get to the road level, you have to do down and not up the stairs to the dom. I did not use the facilities or the food. I did appreciate that they had water in the room and fruits at the reception area. They also had left luggage at no charge.

Water at the shower clogged. Had to wait around 10mins before the next person could use it. I booked a family room, and I think have very little family room available. So, we were assigned to stay at Level 5. Somehow, the lift is only upto Level 3. We all had to carry out heavy luggages up the spiral staircase. Staff was quite friendly.

In the surrounding environment, after all, it is the old town and close to the train station. It is not the best choice. The second time I settled in Cologne, it is good to choose a familiar area. Hotel facilities are not as good as the stars, but getting the service level with the price of domestic four-star or Samsung is indeed very good. The German brother is very enthusiastic. But if you want to have a Chinese meal, it would be too convenient. It is two steps to go out. This time living in a single room, saving costs, I want to try the standard room next time with my family. I haven't used Gerne Wieder for a long time.
