NH Koeln Altstadt

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Had a really good stay here during my recent trip to Cologne. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient, especially being close to the Chocolate Museum and within easy reach of the city centre. Everything went smoothly during my stay and I’d happily stay here again.

Check in/out service staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We felt very welcomed to the hotel. Room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities. Location was central, quiet and not too far from all the attractions.

Very nice hotel in center near the river. Everything was great

Location is great — very close to the chocolate factory and about a 25-minute walk to major attractions like the church and the famous Café Reichard.

Very nice experience, with super friendly staff. Especially that the reception was open all night was super helpful.

It was a great experience. Stayed there 6 days. Everybody in the hotel was helpful, and they found immediate solutions to some problems. Recommend everybody visiting Köln.
