It was excellent, the hotel has bowling, big variety of food, very good place to the sea, the staff is friendly and helpful. Especially I liked massage in ocean club which was done by Lusi. Every night they have program where you can enjoy the performance.

The first time we visited Alva Donna (AD) BR&S was in July. It was a brilliant vacation, and by the end of our trip, we had fallen in love with AD. Two months after our first vacation, we decided to return to AD for our second one. We have two kids, so the kids' club and food are essential to us. I can confidently say that the Alva Kids Club is the best club we have ever seen. There are activities every day, including a mini dancing club. Our daughter has been singing songs from the dance club even two weeks after our previous vacation. All team of kids club incredible, but we'd like to express our gratitude personally to Noma and Nadia for making our experience so enjoyable. The gala night was exceptionally large-scale and impressive. Room service and cleaning are excellent; the room is cleaned every day. AD offers several dining options for lunch and dinner, with a menu that includes many dishes to suit every taste. We definitely plan to return to AD in the future.

We really enjoyed our time at Alva Donna. The hotel is in a convenient location. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Cigdem, Can, Fikret, Zehra and Guldeste. They work so hard to keep us comfortable. Really appreciate that. Positives: - food was really nice. We were lucky to be present in the Gala night. Amazing 🤩 - all members of staff were hard working and kind. - the room was clean and tidy. - the pools were large and clean. Cons: - the room was quite outdated. - the air conditioner was very noisy. - limited channel choices on TV - the restaurant was too busy. However, Can and Cigdem always reserved a table for us. Really appreciate that. - my experience with the Spa was nothing special. I had better ones in the past. I don’t believe they provide value for money. - the sea was so wavy. - Most of guests were Russian. A Russian woman pushed my son on the lift. So rude. I may consider to revisit Alva Donna in the future. Overall, I was satisfied.

I totally enjoyed the 2 weeks in the hotel. The staff are all really nice, including the animationteam. Especially Angelica is a totally nice person, always has a good mood and she is very good with people, especially with children.

Had a great experience at Spa "Ocean Club". They offer a variety of massages in a calm and relaxing a**osphere, with the pleasant aroma of essential oils in the air. I want to highlight the excellent service provided by specialist July - truly top-notch. The admin team, Umeda and Sanjar, were very accommodating with scheduling, showing flexibility to meet client needs. Looking forward to my next visit for more relaxation. Highly recommended for a positive spa experience.

Dear Administration of Alva Donna Beach Resort Side. I need a comment on the next situation. I am currently staying in your hotel with my mother and a child. This is our first experience in All Inclusive hotel in Turkey. Yesterday I found out that my friend from Germany who I haven't seen for 6 years happened to stay in the hotel 3km away. I wanted her to see my hotel which I wanted to recommend for her next family vacation. She came to see me after 9pm. She tried to call me but failed, because on the hotel territory it was so loud that I couldn't hear anything and did not pick up in time. She entered the hotel lobby, which was empty and went downstairs where the sofas were and finally reached me by calling. We spent some time talking and it was time for her to go home. We asked the man on the reception to call her a taxi. The receptionist started (literally speaking) shouting and abusing us, used bad words and refused to call a taxi! He said the visitor should have been registered before entrance for her security. After that he threw us out of the hotel into the darkness of the desert and the shabby market that surrounds the hotel. We managed to find a taxi by ourselves. The next day I received a handwritten note(which you can see in the attachment), stating that I will be fined 100 Euro for secretly bringing a guest into the hotel. My guest has never been in my room and didn't eat any food in the hotel as it was after 9pm. Noone has informed me about the hotel rules. There is no AGB or anything about the hotel visitors written on the website in any language and no notice of any kind on the reception.The hotel representative on my request to show the hotel rules showed me nothing and said "this is logical"! The hotel administration had not issued the printed out official bill/ fine rechnung . We find the situation unacceptable and contacted the CEO and the general manager. I find the hotel food ( with some exceptions), kids club, and show great and would have recommended it further but above situation just reversed my complete feeling and experience as negative.

A good +4 hotel. Bedrooms a bit outdated but clean. Only a few cons and I will mention the restaurant. While the food was amazing it was an adventure to get a table. If you are a group of 6 or 8 forget about sitting together. The staff was running literally between cleaning and resetting tables. Drinks were coming after 10 min. The buffer displays were so close to each other and very tight. Most of the staff were friendly. Esme from Bistro always making lovely coffees in the morning. The pools including kids one are very good. Entertainment also good. Maybe to cut down the Russian music. I will consider the hotel for another visit.

And this title does not refer to a song....! My wife and me stayed at this hotel for the second time in as many years (see previous review). And we were again happily surprised by the friendliness and efficiency of the overall staff. Special thanks go out to Zehra and Ramazan in the restaurant. But also to the entire staff, including the (many) members of the technical/maintenance team who keep the entire site "pristine". And certainly to all staff members mixing and serving drinks in the many bars. A special word to the many cooks (Chef, sous-Chef and everybody in the kitchen). They make sure that dining at Alva Donna is more than just a culinary experience. It is a real 'pleaure' The fact that many staff members stay at Alva Donna is proof of the fact that they ALL are valued for what they do. And that is making sure the customer is satisfied at all times!! We were lucky enough to participate to the "GALA"night. An experience never to be forgotten!!! We are certain to visit Alva Donna again and we are looking forward to that already.

We didn’t like a location of the hotel, although it was at the beach. Right at the door you see dirty markets with rude people. The view of mountains are breathtaking but! Right under my windows was trash that store/market people just throw away: mannequins, beer bottles, trash bags full of trash. There was a dog chained to the fence and was barking day and night under our windows. Hotel itself is nice. They had off season coming up and gradually took stuff down from the beach area, shut down beach bar and stopped heating pool. Food was delish. But they cut it down too by December. When we were leaving, we paid for vip transfer from hotel to airport $80, usually it’s $30-$50. Driver brought us to international departures instead of domestic, and said to walk over there. Didn’t even bring us closer to the door. We had to cross 2 roads and walk to domestic departures. Don’t pay for that VIP service. Order regular taxi/transfer. Cheaper and they will bring you to the right door.
