This hotel is nothing but bad rude staff apart for a couple of them everything is broken aways wanting tips for things they should do as it’s their jobs Food is not for everyone Bearkat’s is absolutely dreadful not even toast Lunch is the same every day not hot at all Evening meal as a adult I Could get on with a few things but no simple things like chips or pizza Kids meals well there is nothing kids will eat really We have had to eat at a really nice kebab shop round the corner, lovely service, lovely people Entertainment Well we have made our own entertainment Slides only on a few time throughout the day Missing tiles everywhere And believe you never want to see local children tormenting local cats which I believe the children belong to workers that work there disgusting behaviour Avoid this place like the plague if you can cancel your booking cancel it please

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in! We arrived early hours and was greeted by 2 men on reception, one who constantly kept saying to my partner 'give me money I give you better room' even though we had already paid when booking for the bigger family room! He was very persistent and made us feel uncomfortable from the get go. The room was dirty, the air conditioning constantly dripped water and the shower was broken, the hallways are so dark walking to you room i had to reach out and hold the wall. Staff are rude they give you dirty looks, if your English you have no chance none of them can speak any English, the restaurant was filthy and unhygienic tables and chairs are so dirty you don't even want to sit on them, we paid all Inclusive and it was a absolute waste the food is of poor quality, same food served for breakfast lunch and dinner and its all freezing cold and inedible. Even the drinks are served to you warm!! Never no ice, bottles just left all over the side at the bar in over 30°c heat. Theres no day snacks for the children either We ate out everyday there's a lovely steakhouse restaurant next door with good food, good prices and wonderful staff! .. its pointless reading the hotel description as none of it is true, WiFi is charged by the day per person per device (3 euros!!) The large slide wasn't on once during our 11 night stay, we were told apparently it is broken, other slides and kids pool area was only on for limited times, the kids mini club wasn't open once, there was no day entertainment and evening entertainment was around 30min tops. The whole place constantly smells of feces, everywhere is dirty and not cleaned properly. Staff are so rude towards guests during our stay we witnessed multiple staff beat up a young English lad, stamping on him, hitting him with belts! Ambulance had to be called he was a right mess, nit something you want your children witnessing. Staff were walking of laughing about it ... the beach bar is the worst one on the strip by miles, again everywhere is dirty, never no sunbeds and people just pull them all over the beach, food again is terrible, cold chips and rock solid burgers! Yuk. When restaurant opens guests flood in like scavengers pushing and shuffing eachother, piling there tables with food as nothing was ever refilled .. I've never witnessed anything like it and I'm pretty sure food in jail is probably better!! By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, 0 stars!! Booked through love holidays and reached out to them for some assistance and was told by them to speak to reception even though I had explained how uncomfortable I felt, and even when attempting to speak to the reception they couldn't understand you anyway. Then I was told to check out of the hotel with no other arrangements for us or our children and couldn't find out till after doing so if we could be refunded for the unused nights. Worst hotel ever made my holiday very depressing, and worst customer service of love holidays!! .. a

I had the worst experience staying at this all-inclusive hotel. The place was dirty from the moment I arrived. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the sink was clogged. Despite my complaints, they refused to change my room. The hallways were completely dark, with no lights at all. As for the food, it was practically nonexistent and what little there was, tasted horrible. During meals, the waiters were busy swatting away flies instead of serving the guests. The entire hotel was filthy, and there was a terrible smell both inside the rooms and outside. To make things worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, laughing and mocking guests behind their backs. This hotel is a complete disaster. Stay away if you value your comfort and hygiene!

Listen Worst hotel ever, rude staff, took our cases up and wudnt leave just stood waiting for a tip,food well everything cold had to buy all our food. Full of Russian Turkish and German that were pig ignorant. I booked this hotel and thought it can’t be that bad but believe me it really is. To be honest with you Side is the wordy place I’ve been in turkey if this was my first time I wudnt ever go back, cancel if you can.

This is the worst hotel that me and my partner has ever stayed in. Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs. The staff are rude and ignorant and don’t really care. Only value Turkish and Russian guests. They look at you and call you behind your back and stare at you making you feel uncomfortable whilst laughing. When we got to the room hadn’t been cleaned. Bottle tops still in the floor. The towels had brown stains on. Didn’t know whether it was makeup or faeces. The bedding was unclean. Just overall unsatisfactory. The shower head was broken and didnt work. We got a twin room when we requested and paid for a double room. We had to push them together as they refused to change our room but one of the single beds had legs on so we had to flip it up and take them off. Never seen a clean under the bed. Stayed for 6 nights and the bedding wasn’t changed once as the black stains that were on the pillowcases were still on when we left today. Also, the Wi-Fi which says on love holidays is included is not had to pay for this and some days they didn’t have any cards left for people so was left without Wi-Fi. The food was terrible and the same things everyday. Breakfast dinner and tea. There is no entertainment around the pool during the day. At night the entertainment is about 30 mins per night then they just put music on. The communal toilets downstairs had faeces on the floors every night along with urine and dirty sanitary towels, the hotel overall has a horrible smell. Which is probably due to the cleanliness. The bar staff serve kids alcohol even when wearing pink (kids) bands and then wonder why they are all rowdy at night and the noise levels are so high. They also take advantage of young girls. Will never go back and do not recommend at all. Been to turkey 15+ times and never written a review for any but this one needs addressing.

0 STARS. Absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in! We have come as a family of 10 with 3 children 2 of them being babies! Rooms are loopy air con leaks water taps barely work rooms probably been cleaned about once in the time we’ve been here. my 6 year old brother went to the shop on site for an ice cream and refused to give him change because “we have to many kids” & when confronted didn’t have a word to say ! There’s a handful of staff what actually speak English & have manners the rest are rude and ignorant. Food is absolutely shocking we’ve ate out nearly every night it’s that bad & we’re not fussy. Not all inclusive what so ever food & drink only on for a few hours a day all kids activities you have to pay for! Wouldn’t put my dogs in here never mind a big family. Never any entertainment, water slides only on for 2-3 hours in the whole day the big orange slide what is advertised on the websites is broken and never once turned on never mind the fact we’ve not seen 1 life guard even around kids pool. Lift feels like it’s going to give way and the majority of the guests are rude and push you out of the way for food like it’s going to disappear. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING !!!!!!!
