Good location it’s very near my college psg college of technology i have already stayed here it was a pleasant stay. But people in reception are not that receiving towards guests and are making some comments which are not funny. Other than that hotel is highly recommended for stay.

Service is the worst. Dirty hotel bed sheets, bed, towel, sofa. No proper room service. Overall the worst experience for a huge cost.

Very poor service. Intercom was not working. No hand towels in the bathroom. No extra soap given. Despite paying for extra bed it was not provided. Will not recommend.

On 31 st we were not able to able to have lunch and dinner in buffet system…we ordered our food in room….it took almost an hour.rooms are too good…and ironically onlg rooms are good

Rooms were not available in the booked hotel. When we reached the property we were shifted to a lodge. After regular request and follow up we were shifted some third class property.

Once the receptionist get to know that the booking she is reluctant in providing the room. She was insisting that the booking was cancelled. After insisting that we have not cancel-led the booking they provided the room. Booking was done for 4 people and they charged additional money for an extra bed as the bed provided in the room was not sufficient. Restaurant was the only good thing and food is awesome
