We had an excellent time at your place and memorable sweet time by the very good customer care and hospitality by all the hotel staff. All the employees from top to bottom had given a smiling and pleasing service which reflects a professional approach to maintain a hotel like Annapoorna. It definitely needs a mention for the mouth watering and delicious food at Kove, Annapoorna restaurant and room service served with utmost care and concern. Thanks for the nicely organised New year Eve celebration at Kove and the New year cake delivered at the room reflecting a good sentiment. All the above are possible only when the General Manager of the hotel at the helm of affairs is involved which inspires all the workforce. Congratulations and keep it up! "The hotel's location is convenient and offers easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their excellent hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It would be even better if the hotel offered family rooms, as we were travelling as a family of three. Nevertheless, the hotel kindly provided an additional bed to accommodate us. While we appreciated this thoughtful gesture, the extra bed was not as comfortable as a standard bed. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, comfortable accommodation, and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"A big hole with everything you’d expect from a Radisson Blu. We had a standard room which was plenty big enough and very comfortable. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath. We used the rooftop pool which was nice. Ate in the hotel as not much around outside it. Food very good. Good breakfast with lots of choice."

You might feel this con if you want plenty of space to move around in the room then u will feel difficult but for couch potatoes this will be heaven. You have a full packed projector screened much larger than 100 inches to serve your cinematic experience. Food served is adequate. Staff will make you feel this is a self service hotel so don't expect hospitality. Overall a good experience if you keep your expectations low. My kid enjoyed the bed-theatre concept but I got scolded from my better half for the cramped space."
