The most expensive hotel in coatzacoalcos, no gym, no free breakfast, room in bad shape, one elevator did not work

The air conditioner always stayed in 25°c, too hot. The room and bathroom are small. The only nice things are the view and the bed is comfortable.

To start with they could not find the reservation and after they did they wanted to charge me for the room that was already paid for. Once we got in the room and staff was awesome.
