Overall good experience. Reasonable price and great service. Location was convenient, close to target and some local shopping area. We took the bus to downtown New York which takes approximately 45 min, wasn’t bad. Would recommend it

After 45 -1 hour into our stay we discovered there was no hot water in our building due to renovations. We had to change rooms after unpacking all our bags because no one made us aware of this situation, having a kid with skin condition an letting her swim on the pool with a high level of Chlorine It was necessary for her to shower right after of course if someone would’ve told us this we wouldn’t allowed her to hobbit there was no hot water. There was no communication between the service staff a the front desk. It was difficult also having a kid on the spectrum to have to relocate an move around. Our keys had to be unlock everyday during our stay since every time we came
Back to the hotel the key wouldn’t work! An to finish the Wi-Fi was down all
Weekend again the STAFF FAILED TO MENTION this only found out when for the third time we had to come down with our kids because our key wouldn’t open the door an we heard them say to someone else
Checking in, not once we got a paper or a notice or verbal awareness of any of this issues. it was a really terrible experience for us an our kids.

Hotel was ok, my room was clean, they need to get better with greeting, I got there at 11pm to check in and I was in the line for 10 minutes, no one said good evening, or I’ll be right there with you, the 2 people that were working that night just stayed there quiet, one of them taking care of the line and the other one just standing there.
The next day in the morning again no no one says good morning or anything. The only people that were nice to us were in the breakfast room, but No in the front desk.

The experience was great. The beds were actually comfortable, and the property was safe. I enjoyed the pool area as it way great for kids to swim safely. Not to mention the open breakfast area.

Immediately upon check-in we were told there was no hot water for a while, the shower was not draining, and there was no Wi-Fi, their Internet was down for the duration of our trip. However, the room was clean, and the staff was very friendly.

On a good note, We enjoyed the amenities such as pool and gym, and the fact that they include a hot breakfast is a plus. On the other hand, the front desk staffs weren’t friendly at all, they rather made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming, and this isn’t what you would expect from hotel staffs. They didn’t even greet upon entering the building. The male staff with tattoo on his neck rather made us feel intimidated more than anything, and he was a bit rude. I am surprised that the level of customer service is below average at this hotel.
