Ulasan Hampton Inn Cleveland-Downtown

It was great! Within walking distance to all our activities. The parking was a little steep at 39$ for the night plus tipping. But the hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Would definately stay here again.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. 10 min. Walk to rock n roll hall of fame. Lots of eating places to walk to. Just wish the valet wasn't so pricey. Didn't use the in and out so just sat there for 2 nights. Should be cheaper for that. Overall a great place to stay.

服務很熱情，離rocket球場走路10分鐘左右很方便。酒店停車太貴，我停到離酒店步行6分鐘的停車場一晚上才3刀。晚上回酒店，進大堂的門要刷卡入內，這點很有安全感。我住的房間窗户正對教堂，早上一早會有定時的鐘聲，要睡懶覺會有店影響。酒店大堂提供24小時的咖啡。

我們因爲搭火車來克里夫蘭。抵達時間尚早。本想說暫時寄放行李。下午再Check in.結果櫃臺直接給我們入住，還早餐接待。超乎想像的服務。真是太貼心。 飯店位置絕佳。在Cleveland downtown,幾乎一天徒步就走完八大景點。對面就是大教堂。走10分鐘就到搖滾民人堂 早餐廳經理服務超好。隨伺在側。缺什麼馬上補什麼。感覺每位住客精神飽滿的出門。

Great hotel. Was in town for a concert, the front desk staff were very professional ,nice and really helpful. Hotel was comfortable, neighborhood very nice. Great stay

The hotel is well located and the staff friendly. The property is undergoing renovations, so not all amenities were available and the spaces were somewhat disjointed.

The property is currently under significant renovations, therefore my review is a bit "harsher" than would otherwise be the case. I am certain once the renovations are complete, the property will be wonderful. The staff were friendly, but when asked what to do in the area, they said "nothing really", which does not help when looking for suggestions in their town. Should have some go tos for entertainment, dining and shopping. Only parking option is valet and limited parking in the area for overnight stays.

Our stay was just a quick overnight but it was wonderful! Centrally located to everything we needed. We were on the 14th floor with a corner room that gave us a beautiful view of the lake. We had a newly renovated room that was clean, stylish and cozy. Bed was comfortable with super comfortable pillows. Only disappointment was no microwave in the room but not a biggie. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely stay again.

We chose Valet which was excellent - receptionist was great and we enjoyed our room. Signs for dust appropriate as they were making more improvements so that's fine. No space to sit for breakfast but was easy to bring our food to our room so no problem. Will probably visit again when attending the theatres.

We were in a suite which we loved but the bedroom part backed up to the elevators so it sounded like a wind tunnel when they were in use.

Hotel is undergoing modernization and renovations, so it’s an awkward arrival / dealing with elevators and the workers. Hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were on the 2nd floor and had a newly done room, so that was very nice and clean. Breakfast was enjoyable. Our biggest complaint was the day of departure. We waited almost 10 minutes and every time the elevators going down were jam packed with guests or construction workers. We had a wheelchair and would have used the stairs if we could. We finally had to catch an elevator going up to the 12th floor just to get back down to the 1st floor.

We stayed on one of the newly renovated floors, everything was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the walls are really thin but everyone around us was relatively quiet so it wasn't a huge deal to us. Would return in the future.

Another great stay. Good location, very comfortable, quite room. Good breakfast. When in Cleveland we like staying here.
