The front desk provides English and Arabic services, focusing on Muslim customers. The service attitude is very good, and the price does not fluctuate much as the New Year approaches. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and the transportation is not convenient. No breakfast provided.

The location is very good and it is very convenient to go to Causeway. It is relatively quiet in the busy city and has complete fitness and swimming facilities. The hospital is next door which is very convenient

Nous avons modifié notre réservation d'hôtel pour le kepler suite à un incident nécessitant des soins. L'hôtel est en effet à moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'hôpital. La propreté est superficielle et pour certains équipements il est préférable de savoir lire l'arabe. Les lits sont confortables et les appartements un peu petits pour 4 personnes mais si on ne recherche pas un confort 4 étoiles c'est bien suffisant
