Ulasan Sonesta Simply Suites Clearwater

Fomos bem atendidos. Um quarto ótimo, limpo e bem espaçoso. Gostamos de ficar lá. Mas é um hotel e talvez seja moradia para algumas pessoas. Zero turista. Apenas nos. O resto das pessoas q lá estavam hospedados eram moradores. Achei ruim isso. Em relação a limpeza dos quartos, se você não pedir, eles não fazem.

Good place, BUT I was told no breakfast which I found odd after spending a couple hundred per night here. Also, my biggest problem is, it’s been three weeks since I checked out and I have yet to receive my deposit back.. they like to say it’s up to the bank but I stayed at 5 hotels on this trip and everyone returned my deposit within a week.

run down and unclean property. Sofa bed mattress was so dirty. This is nothing like other Sonesta ( Fort Lauderdale or Sandy Springs-Atlanta), although in the same price bracket. This is a good to demolish and start over type of property, already destroyed by Florida humidity and never maintained by the owner. Avoid.

The staff was awesome, very friendly and efficient. Some items didn’t work well, key card reader was touchy, AC was very cold, shower had hard water stains. Other guests were nice and quiet, even the little kids! I would stay again. Good value.

I liked the kitchenette area and the really large desktop area. The room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was that the sink in the bathroom sloped down so things would slide off.

check in was easy. Room is on the darker side, so a little dreary. Room was great set up with bedroom, living room and kitchen. desk/table. There was a lot of outside noise if one opened the window. Guests were quiet. Pool was right next to parking lot. It would be better if there were bushes around the pool, or a separating wall to allow one to have privacy. With all the road noise, not a relaxing environment. Location very central, We went to Clearwater beach. This took about 22 to 35 minutes depending on the time of day you went. On some days we went into St. Pete or Tampa to go to Cultural events.

I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice, the room was clean and beds were super comfy. I didnt care for the recliner located in the room, can do without to generate more space.

This hotel is dated. The brown couch in the room had lots of stains on it. The person who was supposed to sleep in the couch slept in the chair because of the dirtiness. The shower caddy detached and fell in the shower middle of the night scaring everyone. This location is like an extended stay and people actually live there with their dogs. You have to get extra towels yourself from the front desk staff and the rooms are not cleaned everyday. The positives are the staff were great. The parking was free and the fresh popcorn. If you are looking for mid to upscale this is not it but if you just need an inexpensive (compared to the rest of Tampa) place to stay, it will suffice.

This was not a good choice for a weekend get away with my husband. Bed was too small, really think it was a full, and it had a huge dip in the center. The toilet ran all night and the fridge rattled. We canceled our second night.

I reserved a room 4 months before my arrival-the room was booked for 2 wks-I asked for a walk in shower-assess bathroom because I use a cane-on arrival told that the room was not available-I had a difficult and worrisome 2 wks-also-we arrived on Sat pm-the room. Was cleaned on Tues=and then not again until following Tues-why not done a wk from arrival-was told that first floor rooms done every Tues-also the washing machines were changed from coin to app-could not use it-since I didn’t remember apple passcode-Had to go to coin laundry

The property was most convenient to our scheduled event. The hotel's check in time is 4pm but we arrived in the area at 2:45 p.m.and decided to ask if our room was available. We were informed that even if our room was available we would still need to pay $15.00 because we were earlier than the established 4p.m. check in. I must say that in all of my travels, I had never been asked to pay an additional fee if we were early and asked to check in if our room was available. Never!

I had called the hotel when I got in town to visit my niece. I was hoping for a early check in. But when I called, I had to leave a message with my cell number to call me back. No return phone call. I called back about an hour later. Room wasn’t ready, so no early check in. I understand that. I asked about how late I could check in, was told before 1:30am. I arrived a little before 11:00pm. Staff at front desk, not very friendly. I asked if there was any bottled water and I got a blank look. My room was upgraded, that was nice. My stay was just overnight, less then 12 hours.

Pleasant stay. Room and bed were comfortable. We were missing a night stand and lamp in the room when we arrived but replacements were quickly provided. Property was conveniently located to places we were visiting. Would stay here again.
