This property is in a great location, on a lake. Unfortunately, I visited this facility during the winter. The lake was beautiful but no activity. I will be visiting this facility in the summer and take advantage of the facility.

They need to have restaurant open - even if limited menu. But more importantly they did NOT have hot water in the shower...cold weather and cold shower was terrible.

I liked that there was forest around it to walk and explore. I enjoyed the view of the water. It was well kept and looked nice.

Very old and not especially clean. Water was very cloudy and we would not drink it! Windows were very dirty and you could hear everything. Some people were talking right outside our window late at night and I had to knock on the window and tell them to be quiet. Breakfast was just continental and coffee was horrible.

Housekeeping did not show up during the stay until the morning we checked out. There is no FULL continental breakfast during the “off-season. Just some bagels and cereal.
Hotel facilities were very cool, and I’d imagine the hotel is very fun during the summer months.

Stay was good only issue was the hot water took almost ten minutes to get hot. The water pressure was also very low.

The property was nice, very lodge-like feeling. It is off season right now so there were very few guests. Front desk staff was efficient. Little store in lobby with snacks & drinks was nice. Our balcony overlooking the lake and marina was nice, but not used, due to the cooler temps. Continental breakfast was adequate, average offerings. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet but again, very few guests so makes sense. Biggest complaint would be the hot water; it took forever to get the water in the shower and sink to be more than lukewarm. Tons of water being wasted just waiting. I would like to see this place again in spring summer or fall. I think it would be lovely.

Clean quiet and home feel. Staff was super nice. Although on here i paid for king room when i got there they said woth ******* we can only give you the double room.
