酒店基本設備不多 拖鞋 護髮素 牙刷沒有的，風筒設計在抽屜內 而且是不能移動 每次吹頭都好辛苦
酒店早餐簡非常 不值得吃

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Our room was spacious and clean and the restaurant for our dinner and breakfast was clean with a wide selection of foods available, again the staff were great and very accommodating.

This Hotel is amazing. The staff and facilities are great. We got married here 17yrs ago and we went back for our anniversary. They could not do enough for us. The staff really went above and beyond for us. We won’t leave it as long next time. Thanks

We attended a great wedding reception at the WestGrove Hotel, we had a fantastic time and we would not hesitate to stay there again, The hotel staff were really nice and very welcoming and gave great service to everyone, it’s also great to see lots of local Irish people working in the WestGrove hotel, they were so easy to communicate with and to get along with, which in turn made our stay so much better. My wife and I regularly travel all over Ireland and we find that hotels with lots foreigners working in them are not as welcoming or as nice to tourists, So well done to the WestGrove hotel and all their hardworking staff.

We stopped here in February, the room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff looked after us and helped with where to catch the bus into Dublin. The food was really nice and there was a good choice for breakfast and evening meal. I highly recommend this hotel and not too far away from a bus into Dublin, if you don’t want to stay directly in the centre.

Lovely staff and venue. I had stayed before and loved the hotel. The technology All needs servicing. In one overnight stay we got stuck in a broken lift, jacuzzi turned off constantly after one minute intervals, heating didn’t work in bedroom and temperature had dropped to below 10C, towel heater was broken.

Wonderful stay for a family wedding. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, great food, staff very friendly. Ideal for families with children. On another note, not very well lates out found it hard to find room an and got a bit lost at times. And no water in rooms on check in, had to ask reception to send some up. Besides this a lovely hotel

Great location. Plenty of open public spaces and friendly staff. I stayed 2 nights for work. I did not like the first room I was in. The window was of a dormer type and the catch was broken. As a female solo traveller, I just didn't like this, even though I knew no-one could get in! I asked to be moved and there was no problem. The rooms were basic in decor but had everything you'd want. Good lighting for work tasks. Nice pool also. Location is fantastic and there is a small shopping centre co located with the hotel. Very convenient.
