The hotel is a short way away from the hussle and bussle of the town centre. Spacious room which was great for bigger familes. Also, quite which allowed us a great nights sleep after a week of fossil hunting! Si went above and beyond to help our young family of 2 children and 2 infants - thank you. See you again soon :-)

Back again ! For the I can't remember the number of times we've been here now .. old school friends reunion.. at least for the last 10-15 years if not longer Received a friendly welcome from reception, took a while to check us in but got there in the end Room as always clean and comfortable Ditto with the bathroom The bar and restaurant next door - Table Table nowhere near as good as it used to be.. but that's another review So with that in mind we will probably not come back next year as both the hotel AND the restaurant need to be up to scratch and regret to say that we again we had reason for complaint

We always find Premier Inns comfortable & value for money. The Christchurch hotel is very convenient for the town centre & visiting surrounding areas of Bournemouth. The main purpose of our visit was to spend time with friends who live a 5 minute walk away & celebrate my husbands birthday one day & our friends birthday the following day. We had a great stay.

The hotel is rather run down and in need of a major refurbishment, inside and out. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Overnight trip to the seaside but weather forecast not inspiring so decided to stay in Christchurch for non-beach options. Hotel exactly as anticipated - clean room, comfy bed. V happy to find the window opened a decent amount as hate just air con rooms. Receptionist v friendly & helpful - so much better than self check in. We'd decided to pay £10 extra for a Premier Plus room which meant we got free, decent wi fi & a Nespresso coffee maker (with pods provided). Also a fridge which meant we could bring fresh milk for tea. No additional bed / sofa in the room though - didn't matter to us but I hadn't actually realised. Free parking with plenty of spaces available. 10 min walk into Christchurch itself along the A35 but not too bad. Christchurch itself was v nice (once you got away from the A35). Altogether a successful stay - not particularly inspiring but certainly reliable.

Well what can i say have stayed with Premier Inn many a time was very disappointed this time, no smile from reception on entering reception, nobody asked if we required breakfast, dinner etc where is the customer service now? The room stunk of sewers which they must have known about as the window was left open.

Stayed on Saturday 13th April. Room clean, bed comfortable, staff polite. However at breakfast no orange juice. Just some cheap orange coloured squash. Was told that they had run out when there was a bar just 10 feet away with loads of it behind?? Otherwise stay was ok

Stayed here several times, excellent location for walking g into Christchurch and exploring, the outside of the hotel and some rooms are now starting to look tired, very comfortable beds and clean room with plenty of tea/ coffee/ milk etc available
