The room is absolutely fantastic - they actually upgraded my room! However, I must admit, the staff gives off a rather "MALDITA" vibe, which in my language means extremely hostile and unfriendly towards me. I've repeatedly asked for a blanket, but it seems like my request has fallen on deaf ears. And to make matters worse, when I kindly requested for them to simply open the door while I was in the toilet because of an urgent need, they still knocked on the door. It's incredibly frustrating.

The hotel has the most perfect location, enjoying the view from our room in 21st floor. It’s close to the metro line 2 that is very easy and convenient. The service was very good and the receptionists was very helpful at any time of the day or night. Helping us with ordering takeout, fixing our keycards in the middle of the night and help with the 200 rmb deposit when we didn’t have cash. We were three people and stayed for three nights and would stay there again.

The hotel’s location was really good, it was in the city center. The view from the window was very beautiful. Time square was in front of us.
The room was very cozy and looked romantic. I’m satisfied with their service. The auntie was very kind and friendly.
