Privacy at its core. Each unit is constructed giving maximum privacy to other units. Food is good. They wait for all the guests for atleast an hour or more even the food timing is over, there is no issues like many resorts and hotels. Non veg options are very less. For vegetarians there are so many options. That's something i was not impressed with. Jacuzzi was excellent and i liked it. The pricing seems to be a bit high for jacuzzi room, i paid about 15k for food and room. Something like a 10-11k makes sense but 15 is quite a bit high.

wife and I had an unforgettable stay at Blossom Resort. The serene atmosphere and our room with a breathtaking mountain view truly made our experience special. The staff were exceptional genuine, cooperative, and attentive. A special shoutout to Dileep from the restaurant, Arun from activities, and Anisha, Swathi, and Poornaja at the front desk. The warm welcome from the morning gate security set a positive tone for our entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with an unlimited breakfast buffet, delightful evening high tea, and a scrumptious dinner thali. Resort also offers a variety of activities, from indoor games and a swimming pool to adventure activities and an engaging coffee class. Each moment was filled with fun and relaxation. Overall, it was a magical experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this resort to everyone!

I had a pleasant stay with clean and well-maintained rooms that provided a comfortable environment. The pool was lovely and well-kept, offering a great spot to relax (although I didn't get to use it). A special mention goes to the front office staff - Mr. Somanna and Miss. Swathi, bellboy - Alam and F&B staff - Suraj who were excellent—helpful, professional, and always ready to assist. However, the food fell short in terms of variety and taste. A huge improvement in the dining options would definitely enhance the overall experience.

I would not have written a detailed review unless they did what they did during our check out. They informed us on the first day that there were complimentary cookies in the room which we took with little jars which would not cost more than 50 rupees. As the cookies were in those little jars we thought its all complimentary however when we checked out they send a girl from the reception behind us and she literally harrowed us for taking those jars as if we had taken away their precious item or something. It was a horrible experience. We will never visit this resort again. If we are paying 10k plus tariff we are not after your jars i suppose at the end of the day. Food was also average. And rooms were also not how they boast about. Bathroom is tiny. Rooms are crammed not that spacious. They could not arrange liquid handwash for 3 days. They didn’t even bother to tell us that they won’t be able to provide it. An old *** at the reception doesn’t even smile at your arrival. And when you ask for wifi password they give looks of offence!

After booking, i had a received a call from resort and received the details about rules and resort reaching instructions. Breakfast have south and north dishes with lot of varieties which started day is nice. Dinner buffet or ala cate is very good choices of items. Different variety of games fill the children’s engaged and the camp fire is so good. Coffee estate roaming and explained the types of coffee plantation with live and coffee making process is excellent. I feel it’s overall good and recommended.

A very comfortable stay is how I would review the resort. Clean spacious room. Clean bathroom. All requisite facilities. A dining area with a spectacular view of the Western Ghats. Great food, good variety. My difficult dietary needs were catered too. I am especially grateful to Chef Yogesh for his help. The coffee cake prepared for my birthday was something to die for! Peaceful environs and a well kept property. Trees, flowers and birds. Perfect place to relax from humdrum existence!

The property is in one of the finest locations overseeing the hills of the coffee plantation. The rooms are pretty spacious, neat and clean. The food is relatively good with a reasonable assortment of items. Staff is supportive and takes care of requests. A very good place for families including children. The side note the weather may be unpredictable in the peak monsoons.
