Ulasan Hotel New Otani Makuhari

Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.

Chose this hotel as we were attending an event to be held at Makuhari Convention Center. 100% worth it! Room - spacious Distance to venue - literally 3 mins walk Will return to this hotel again for sure

Great locations as it is just 5 mins away from the premium outlets and the makuhari train stations. It is also near Costco and near to a huge aeon mall. There is a bus that will take you to Disneyland as well.

The teppan grill at the highest floor is not up to satisfaction

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Very close to the Makuhari Messe if you attend expos. Short walk to train station.

ご褒美として当ホテルを利用しました。 ルームサービスの料理も美味しく、対応も良かった。 近くに温浴施設もあり、ゆったりしたいときに丁度良かった。 海側の部屋で景色もキレイで癒されました。

彼の誕生日に泊まりました。部屋はすごく綺麗で広々でした。朝食は和食、洋食、目の前で作ってくれるおにぎりなど種類が豊富でおいしかったです。

不愧是豪華酒店，房間很大。 對於看展覽和參展的人員，步行到展覽中心衹要800多米，約5分鐘。 距離免費海灘1公里，花火大會海灘5分鐘，周圍烤肉店，日料店也很多。火車距離東京約45分鐘。 價格略貴，不過可以接受。賓館內有按摩服務，展覽看了一天，站了一天，還蠻需要按摩的。

衞生打掃的比較乾淨。設施很老舊了，這個酒店有年頭了。跟國內的酒店比起來要舊的多。視野還是不錯的。早餐特別的差，基本沒有咱國人愛吃的東西。就連煮雞蛋都沒有。前台還有門迎的服務都特別的差。跟一般日本人的服務標準比起來，一點都不熱情。我們預約了第2天的出租車，不僅沒有叫醒服務，同時還得我提醒當時登記的他才能臨時打電話叫，叫了車以後他也不跟我們在外面等，我們都上了出租車了，他才從裏面跑出來告訴我們這個不是我們的出租車。整體的服務非常非常差，跟國內的比差太遠了。

房間總體不錯，雖然很有年代感了，居然門還是用鑰匙的。在國內是不多見了。設施保養的還是很乾凈整潔的，非常不錯。
