Superb, but the soundproof is bad. Soundproof is good on train noise but you may hear the noise from other room especially when they open/close door. Lucky there is still quiet when I was staying.

Superb service and location. Very nice bath room and all using Dyson products solid stay!!!

Very attentive and helpful

The hotel location is good with a nearby AEON mall where you can buy and eat.  The room is tidy.  You can collect all stuff at the lobby.  There is a small portable massage device at the room for use.   A self-service coffee bar is there.  The only one that I free disappointed is a few car park area.  I need to drive my car away the hotel for a 5-10 mins walk.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff, even like for Japanese standards. Good breakfast. Very close to the train station and close to Makuhari Messe.

從京葉地鐵幕張豐砂站走出來就看到飯店  1樓有面膜泡澡粉泡澡錠化妝水各式東西都可以取用非常的方便 櫃檯的服務非常得好旁邊又有AEON shopping mall 可以逛 非常的方便，下次一定會再選這裡唷！

在東京，非常不錯了！超出了預期，這次因為中轉東京去仙台，在東京親戚的指引下，訂了這家酒店。酒店工作人員總是客客氣氣，笑臉相迎！退房後在旁邊的購物中心逛了一圈，吃的東西很多。

출장차 들리게 되었는데 깨끗한 시설과 방으로 기분좋게 머물다가 갈수 닜었어요. 다만 근처에 이온몰이외에 밥을 먹을곳이 마땅치 않은점만 아쉬웠네요.

硬體 100 分，服務 60 分。 櫃檯服務人員訓練有待加強，英語能力有待提升。 早餐選擇不多，但餐廳的服務態度比櫃檯強很多。

新的JR站、新的酒店、新的Aeon mall! 一出JR幕張豐砂就是酒店。洗潔用品在大堂自助拿取，雪肌精的小樣很好用。高層房間有海景，夕陽好美。酒店旁邊是日本第二大的Aeon mall, Grand mall 橫跨至幕張海滨站，順路把三井outlet也逛了。

【位置】 在千葉幕張新的都心，酒店對面10米就是慕張豐砂站。從羽田還是成田都有機場大巴到海濱幕張站，再走到對面坐電車一站就可以到酒店。機場大巴下來打車也就1500日元左右。 酒店後面就有永旺，住客還有很多店有特別折扣。去東京市區的話大概一小時左右電車。 【設施】 打開房門就被最新款的加濕風扇驚到了，吹風機也是戴森。酒店因為是新開的，所有設備都很新，甚至洗手枱的商標貼還清晰可見。 酒店樓下也有24小時的便利店，東西雖然不多但夠基本需要，特別是很晚到的人買到東西填飽肚子了。 酒店前台有一套自助台，所有備品都自助，從牙刷毛巾洗浴用品到多種選擇面膜、泡澡劑、茶包等。 【衞生】 新酒店加上日式的保潔，就不用擔心衞生了。在剛從東南亞出差後，真的要為日本酒店清潔度點贊。
