Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

The hotel is well located within the main shopping district in Xining. The front desk are very friendly and helpful . Special mention must be given to Miss Xiao Yang for her help and excellent service. This hotel is highly recommended if you are in Xining.

The location of the Boli Yabu Hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of shops around. Upon arrival we had a very warm welcome from the receptionist Xiao Yang. She helped us with the check-in and showed us the room. We also got a free upgrade to room with a nice view. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got a free welcome snack and some fruits. We would definitely recommend the hotel and book it again when returning to Xining.

Very nice place to stay and easy access to restaurant and shopping.

The room was specious, very clean and perfectly equipped. Service is good and breakfast appropriate. However, the hotel is huge and has a big number of guests and the hotel doesn’t have adequate number of staff to service everyone at the same time. I highlight that many guests go in big groups and visit each other’s rooms frequently, causing a lot of noise. I think this is all quite inappropriate for a hotel at this price and level.

This hotel is amazing, with amazing staffs and amazing location. Not a 5 stars hotel but better than 1..I would like to praise 小慧 n 李富贵 for their excellent service. Free cable tv, free flow of mineral water, breakfast spread good for the price. Personal butler service with WeChat. Superb local hotel.

Hotel rooms are relatively new. Our main issue was that the AC was not working and so the room temperature was around 25.6C, which made it hard to sleep. Price-wise this was very good I would say

Located in the best possible areas nightlife and convenience, leaving the hotel allows you access to multiple malls, restaurants, and shopping right outside your doorstep. Inside, the hotel was beautiful, plush, and ambient. The staff, while speaking little English, went above and beyond to accommodate and help us all throughout our stay. They brought up free snacks and a bowl of dumpling soup for us, as well as absolutely delicious yogurt made in-house. The breakfast spread was lovely, with a variety of choices including Chinese breakfast, cereal, baked breads, fresh fruit, and coffee and tea. The views from the breakfast restaurants are stunning indeed. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers in a heartbeat and would love to come back!
