Booked in the morning and checked in at 3 PM in afternoon the stuff was made a mistake gave my room to someone else and I agreed to stayed in single room bed as I booked for double room because I was exhausted and needed to lie down. The housekeepers was very helpful but the reception staff need to do better.

The room is TINY and definitely not the square metres claimed. NO mini fridge. lacking a lot of things for a room.

Simple yet romantically designed hotel in the ancient city near Tha Phae Gate. Which is best suit for solo traveller for its uniquely designed single occupancy room, comes with private bathroom, for the highest possible privacy. Numerous eateries at Stone throw distance.

I don’t know what’s problem with Trip.com or. Hotel ? I sent email via Trip.com about my late check in time, but nobody answered me. When I arrived hotel, local people helped me to call hotel, no one answered. At midnight I try to find another hotel and pay one night fee. I hope Hotel can take care customer, I don’t see any email or message about password for late check in.

It is very convenient that the keys were picked up and returned quickly, they wrote a message and sent you all the data. The rooms are small, but clean, there are air conditioners, a small rack, a bedside table. Stylish hotel

RoomQuest Chiangmai Mai Tha Phae Hotel is very clean, with external windows that are dust-free, clean and bright; please use translation software to translate into Thai; friendly service staff.

Great hotel for the price. No cleaning in between, no new toilet paper etc. Woman is very friendly. Check in is crazy but luckily when we arrived the woman was there to help. Heard several that they arrived and then there was no room for them so beware!!
