Overall is good, room very big.
My favorite part in this hotel is coffee machine is available in the lobby with unlimited flow, The Thai milk Tea from this machine is the best in Chiangmai. ♥️♥️♥️

The hotel has very spacious rooms and overall it is very good. However, because my room is near the staircase and the maid's storage room, it can be noisy. The soundproofing of the room might not be very good. The bathroom is excellent and has a big bathtub, but the towels provided have stains on them.

The location is good , 15 mins walk to night market and 20 mins walk to Maya Mall. There are a lot of eateries and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and there are complimentary coffee and light refreshment at the lobby. There is no swimming pool.

Nice, huge and clean room.
Location is considered ok as we need to walk a distance to the mall.
Service is good and and friendly receptionist
No restaurant in this hotel but you can use delivery apps to order food and eat at lobby.
There are dining tables and chairs at lobby with free coffee and biscuits.
Overall, value for money and enjoyed my 3 nights stay there.

Room is clean with nice scenery! Good location and friendly staffs! The only downside is that the WiFi keeps disconnecting, the username and password are very long and hard to remember.

solo traveller, location is in good location - walking distance to everything you need, parking is available for all vehicles. Staff available at all times but vibe and energy levels not as upbeat.
Room cleanliness is very good, bed is not that comfy for my sleep type - firm mattress.

This hotel definitely tops my list of the best hotels for the budget traveler. Clean and big room for the budget traveler. It close conveniently located in nimman area. You can find a lot of good restaurants and bars near by.

I'd say this hotel was "okay." There wasn't anything dishonest in the listing, but I'd say that the photos make it look significantly nicer than it really was. Probably the least appealing part was that it didn't feel clean. The location was nice.
