Around 18 mins driving distance from the old town area. Sound proof is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel invests some smart tech for convenience of customer. Great hospitality, they attend to your needs immediately.

New hotel and good staff . No proper restaurant or restaurants near by

Hotel is ok, but breakfast not ok! Not same 4 star hotel!

We extended our stay 3 times because we just felt so at home. Beautiful room! We were in 211. Super quiet area. Staff seemed very friendly and always had a smile ! Tv with Netflix, powerful shower , free toiletries. Would definitely stay again!

Location was good very near to town and airport. Service was excellent and very nice staff.

Booked a room with free breakfast, early check-in and complimentary room upgrade. The early check-in I can understand is of course subject to availability but free breakfast was not honored and they only have one room type so free upgrade is impossible. Rather than taking responsibility, the hotel blamed TRIP.com and asked me to take up with them. Also charged THB 500 for a cracked wine glass on check-out. Seemed expensive for a cheap wine glass and not sure if that is standard practice for hotels in Chiang Mai but the whole process was not well handled.

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳寬敞又明亮，整體的環境也超級不錯了，尤其是前台的小哥哥，服務真的好，會為你忙前忙後，直到你進入房間他們才會停止他們的熱情，房間設施什麼的都很齊全，床睡的也很舒服，軟硬適中，衞生間也是乾濕分離的。

我説一下住的感受吧，新開業沒多久，設施都很新，房間也夠大，遮光窗簾厚實擋光，空調給力。能感覺出來從老闆到服務人員都很盡心盡力提供服務和幫助， 平時和他們坐着聊天也比較愉快，很好玩。 畢竟在國外遇到那麼好的一個老闆真的很不容易。感覺他們太想做好了。因為前幾天的早餐比較簡單 後來調整了有中式 每天外出吃泰餐，就希望早餐能吃到一點國內的口味來調劑，畢竟這裏住的都是國人同胞。 還有 就是洗澡的熱水，也是即熱的，水也夠大，每天玩回來之後洗個澡特舒服。 交通也是比較便利的。 房間衞生：因為酒店是新開業的床品和一次性用品的話，用的也都比較好，很乾凈，阿姨每天打掃衞生也很仔細。 整體來説。這次的泰國之旅非常滿意，能遇到那麼風趣幽默的老闆，和舒適的住宿環境，美中不足的就是時間不太充足，有機會的話一定再來。

最近入住了縵清邁精選酒店，體驗非常棒！酒店的地理位置優越，距離清邁古城3公里，距離尚泰購物中心1公里，交通便利，周邊環境寧靜而優美。 房間精緻舒適，裝修現代且温馨，每個細節都充滿了設計感。特別喜歡房間裏的床，柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。 酒店的服務也令人印象深刻。前台工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住和退房手續非常迅速。每天的房間清潔都做得很細緻，感覺像回到了家一樣温馨。 早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，尤其是本地特色的美食，讓人流連忘返。 總的來説，縵清邁精選酒店是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，無論是商務出行還是度假，都非常推薦！下次來清邁，一定還會選擇這裏！

酒店鬧中取靜，雖然在大路邊上，但不會嘈雜，睡的很舒服。房間空間也很大，不會覺得壓抑，洗浴設備也很不錯。服務也超級貼心，態度都很好，有種賓至如歸的感覺，點贊點贊。附近的美食也很合口味，不會不習慣，吃的很舒心。如果有下次，肯定還會選擇這家酒店，畢竟各方面的條件都很不錯。
