The washroom were without locks, the extra mattress was smelling and torn, never go to this hotel again

Crayons hotel is very good for a stay at a reasonable price. But there is no sunlight when we open the windows in the room.

The hotel is kept tidy and clean. I stayed 3 days and they changed the mattress cover on a daily basis. The staffs were friendly and cordial. Only lacunae is that they don't possess a well established dining/kitchen. If you want to stay and have your foods outside this hotel will meet your needs.

This was an unplanned trip for me but able to get a good property at nearest location to office by searching through make my trip website, this is my first booking with make my trip which take me less than two minutes to book and after check in to the property all my worries went off it was nice and decent to stay.

The hotel is overpriced. They charged extra one day rent for the early check-in. The first room they allocated for us is not clean & the bathroom was very bad condition, water leakage was there in toilet sink. If press the flush button, all the water is coming out from the sink. It is totally disgusting. Water heater was not working. Bathroom mirror was in broken condition. Towel hanger was not available in bathroom. After i complied they changed the room. That room also in ok condition only. Not upto the expected range & not value for money.
