Really good location, very close to airport and value for money

Very satisfied. Rightway Xiyue Hotel is just next to MRT Station. I booked online on 22/9/23 for one night trying , but I extended till my end of Chengdu visit, 26/9/23. All the staffs are friendly, especially Mr 袁航 he guilds me the way of tour patiently despite his off duty time. The room service named 李蓉 friendly and good service. Perfect room cleaning. Lastly, the gift to me is free transport provided to 雙流機場。The driver named 張偉, very polite, very helpful, and very friendly.

The room is very spacious. Lulu at the front desk provided good service and gave a small gift. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

Facilities: Very old, the air conditioner was on for the whole afternoon and it was cold. I called the front desk to solve it. The answer was that the hot air would only be available after 5 o'clock. The air conditioner could not reach 23 degrees even if it was turned on all night. The floor heating was broken and they did not say to remove the panel. Not to mention the shower. The water was so small that I could not afford to change to other water spray modes. I caught a cold before I finished taking a shower! Hygiene: General hygiene, there was a hair in the bathtub! Environment: I just saw that the room was bigger and the parking was OK. Service: The service was not good. The waiter knocked on the door and immediately opened the door with the room card. Fortunately, I just went back to the room to rest. I called the front desk to say that the air conditioner was broken. The answer given was to ask someone to come and see, but they did not say to change a room. When they came back and said that the hot air would only be available at 5 o'clock, they asked a question and did not say anything and hung up! Since the hardware is not good and there are problems, the service should be improved. All services are poor. It seems that this hotel is not short of business!

This hotel is cheap and good. The service of Mr. Chen who picked us up at the airport was very good, patient and enthusiastic. There are delicious foods around. I will stay here again next time I come to Shuangliu
