Pelayanannya sangat buruk. Saya tidak mengerti apa yang saya katakan ketika saya menelepon meja depan. Ketika saya pergi ke meja depan untuk mengajukan perpanjangan, meja depan yang berusia di atas 40 tahun langsung menelepon saya bibi. Ketika itu datang ke pelanggan, saya harus menggunakan Anda. Proses kerjanya tidak jelas. Pelayanannya buruk. Saya tidak mengerti bahasa kerja. Saya tidak akan pernah melakukannya lagi. Menginap di hotel ini, awalnya saya memesan 3 kamar. Saya akan periksa satu kamar hari ini dan periksa semuanya besok. Seorang pelayan hotel mewakili penampilan hotel tersebut, karena sikap pelayanan yang buruk akan langsung mempengaruhi citra hotel tersebut.

This hotel is very comfortable for anything transportation, super market, foods and mini mart. Staff are very nice they try to speak English and help us and the room is clean. Hotel located away from MRT with walkable distances around 10 minutes.

Really good breakfast... more options than usual. Came in late and left early so was a good soft landing for a short night. Appreciate the espresso machine at breakfast & the friendly smiles of staff.

Good to see this place weathered the financial fallout from COVID. I stayed a few times before. It’s small and clean but with a special feature; which is still there after 4 years. That feature is their coffee bar downstairs. It’s hardly used so the equipment is a lot cleaner than many a coffee shop ( no disrespect to Starbucks). The price? It’s complimentary for guests, and get this! Alcohol is available, so you can spike your Americano just the way you like it. Opening hours? Sheeeee I’ve staggered in late and staff have obliged me. And Yet… I still saw guests going to the Starbucks..
So a great best kept secret for me!!,,

Great location, right next to a mall and several shops and restaurants. Metro station within walkable distance and the staff was very kind considering my limited language skills. Would surely come back (nice breakfast too) and would also recommend it for fellow international travelers.

During my 12 day stay in Sichuan I used ibis hotel cause value and reception area very cosy and friendly. I will return my next stay here. They have good staff and very helpful and reliable.

The rooms were really small and looked pretty old. In general, it was a regular ibis experience. The breakfast was very nice, however. It also included European dishes.
