You have to fight the housekeepers in the morning just to get some of the crappy breakfast they serve which is dry ass muffins and waffle mix and it's loud all night long doors slamming, hanging out in the hallway, stomping and laughing real loud pretty much all night. Not to mention when you finally do fall asleep at the crack of dawn the housekeepers will start banging on your door at around 8 am until you open it just to ask if your gonna check out. Sorry excuse for staff, management, and wydham should be ashamed.

This place is disgusting. Stained sheets room smelled like pee. Huge stains on floor. Mold everywhere in bathroom and some bugs flying around in room. We left immediately and I will be requesting a refund. Also no wifi or TV working. The back security door for room was broken and stuck open

They never answer the phone, they don't help you on third shift, the motel wasn't clean.

There was only one towel and one pillow in our room. We had to wait over 3 hours for them to get us a towel and pillow. The phone nor the cable worked. The hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time it was very dirty. Had to go to hotel next door to get a spoon.

Will not stay here again. The tub has paint peeling off. Roaches, stained towels, stained, sticky carpets. Everything felt sticky. Bad paint job. Not very pleasing place to stay.

The property was poorly maintained. Hairdryer missing in the room, roughly patched walls, 2 live roaches, missing toilet paper holder. The blankets looked dirty. The toilet didn’t flush. The breakfast was minimal. Cold decaf coffee at 7 am in the morning. Outside the bedroom window was full of trash where homeless were probably living.

This property is Very Very Horrible! My Hotel is infested with Roaches! I was in a bind late night and the funds were already tied up online in this Hotel... Otherwise I would have definitely had to leave! I really don't understand how they're in business with the Roach Infestation. Had to transfer from one room to the next still the same thing and the other room did not have a toilet seat and I was told that none was available because that was the last room available...... I'm requesting a Refund! Also I definitely need to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau..

The sheets where filthy with blood stains on them. One of the 2 beds had a blanket the other only a sheet. The indoor pool was closed cause the warmer wasnt workimg or some lame story. The hotel stunk of roachs and cigaretts. They left one of the back doors open when anyone could get in the hotel. Had 4 people in total and only gave us 2 towels and had to bring back dirty ones in order to get new ones. The ac/heating unit barely worked. It was just very disappointing after planning a trip with my children and had to come to a place like that. I think i should be compensated in some way. Oh and the breakfast was a joke, burt waffles and 3 apple juices.

Pool wasn’t open, no pillowcases, no hangers, hole in one of the mattresses in one of our rooms. Not clean. Didn’t feel safe.

How is this place even in business. Pay $10, $15, even $100 more to stay anywhere else. The breakfast was a joke. It smelled. You stuck to the floor, even in your room. The bedding might have been new 30 years or so ago when they first opened. I will be trying to get my money back on this one and I usually go with the flow.

Free breakfast was over before 9am. Heard every alarm clock, shower & arguments from other rooms. Sheets felt like sandpaper. Shower never reached a warm temperature and bathroom sink took ages from the lack of water pressure to get enough for a "horrible" room coffee. Yes I arrived well after Midnight and was attempting to take advantage of the noon checkout but gave up by the time the sun had risen due to my curtains not closing properly and every street light in the parking lot was facing my room.

Guy hanging out the window, begging for money for diapers. Giant cockroach on bathroom counter Breakfast? Juice machine broken, a couple of shriveled up pastries.

plumbing issues water from upstairs bathroom leaking down into the bathroom in the room i was in ... roaches, bed bugs seem like a shelter for the homeless. had to checkout and go to another hotel. wouldn't care if it was 20 dollars a night i would never stay at this hotel again.
