Sangat buruk, kebersihannya buruk, pelayanannya buruk. Saya tidak akan pernah merekomendasikan pemesanan di sini. Dan setelah memesan, Anda tidak bisa membatalkan, baik Anda menginap atau tidak.

Receptionist was so bad. Doors not even working, i have to walk long and pass by somewhere else to get to reception area. Tv is too small for our room. Microwave is not even working.

This definitely doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The amenities are worse than at an inn. There was a musty odor, and I couldn’t find a single clean area. The mattress springs were sagging, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I don’t want to stay at this hotel again.

It was really far, but hotel was ok. Just couldn’t find a real bus stop had to cross the street in the middle of the highway many times. Buses stop running by 9 pm or so, ended up taking Didi to finish my trip to the hotel.

Dear Sir and Madam, I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in my whole life. The room was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to rest properly. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was awful. I could not get any access to Wi-Fi in my room at all, which was very frustrating and unacceptable, especially for a hotel that advertises internet service. The room was also not tidy at all. It was clearly not cleaned properly before I checked in, which made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Given all these issues, I am deeply disappointed. This stay was far below basic hospitality standards. I request an explanation and an appropriate compensation or refund for this unacceptable experience. I look forward to your prompt response. The Hunts Hotel is affordable and the pool is family-friendly, which was appealing. However, the townhouse we were given was clearly not properly cleaned. The shower had hair and soap scum on the walls, the toilet floor had dust and hair, and while the rooms themselves looked tidy, there were unused sanitary products under the bed. After a long drive, I spent the first 40 minutes of our stay cleaning the accommodation with antibacterial wipes for the sake of my two very young children. While the location and pool are great, the level of cleanliness is concerning and needs serious attention.

Great value for money.

We booked a queen size bed in the booking but we didn’t have a queen size bed in the room. They  put two single beds together for us. It is not comfortable for us.  Also there are not any hairdryers in the room, we needed ask the receptionist to provide one.

Overall not so clean, carpets in corridors and the room filthy and smells like nursing home. TV not working, curtains dirty the only thing i found was clean bed sheets. Bed very uncomfortable,

Booked this hotel for a friend for 1 night. He wasn't very happy with the cleanness of the room and the hotel overall. He asked me that I would not book him there anymore in the future.

Rude staff

I don’t recommend personally

They have an issue with hot water, keeps running out 1 hot shower in 4 days. Use to be a really up market hotel, now it needs money poored into it.
