Area surrounding hotel was horrible, entrance to hotel was filthy, firm and grim and horrible smell entering hotel. Room itself was nice. Breakfast area was clean, bread was stale, employee cleaning tables was spraying cleanser on tables and must from cleanser got on food both mornings.

Chose this place after my connecting flight got cancelled out of CLT. Chose it specifically because their online website said free airport shuttle. Arrived in CLT, called the hotel and was told the shuttle stopped running for the night. It was 10pm on a Friday night.
Rest of the overnight stay was fine but if you’re depending on the shuttle be sure you check its hours before booking

Everything was amazing. I have no complaints except I wish the pool was open because my son was really looking forward to that part. Otherwise we plan to return at the end of the year!
