Beautiful stay, perfect location for our mother- daughter trip to Charleston! Room was impeccably kept, and the room service was an added luxury to make our trip extra special. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful city!

Location is everything, but the staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just right during your stay. If I find myself in Charleston again, this is where I will stay every time.

What a beautiful property! The lobby and central sitting area of this hotel and our room could not have been decorated better. This truly felt like a boutique space versus a chain. The beds and linens felt luxurious and the service from every staff member we encountered was excellent. We enjoyed ordering our breakfast the night before and having it delivered to the room. My family enjoyed the quiches the most and there are options for cereals, yogurt, toast and muffins, fruit, and a big variety of beverages. I didn’t like the hard boiled eggs and they were the only egg option. They tasted like the ones you buy in a bag. Otherwise it was nice to have that as an easy meal before heading out to walk the town. We also enjoyed the free bottles of water in the lobby as well as lemonade, fruit infused water and bananas, apples and oranges. We timed arriving back at the hotel one of our two nights for the wine and cheese hour (5-6) and also the milk and cookies (9-10 pm). There are games in the main sitting area but we didn’t have time for them. Also know that there is valet parking for $40/night. We could have saved by parking in a nearby garage but the savings wasn’t enough to deal with that hassle. The hotel is perfectly located within easy walking distance of all of the attractions and restaurants and feet away from the water. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be excited to make a return trip.

Rooms were well appointed and clean; breakfast options and delivery were excellent; staff provided great service and the extras such as the manager’s reception and snacks were a great offering.

Staff was very helpful, and a special thank you to Kierra who made sure we had a comfortable room and that our stay was enjoyable. Proximity to the Trolleys, Waterfront Park, food, tours, and the Market, breakfast dining in-room in our bathrobes (loved that!), milk and cookies at night, etc., etc. - we enjoyed our stay.

We felt very welcomed. Service is personal and friendly. The welcome wine and cheese was very nice , with a guitarist on hand (Saturday evening). We are looking forward to breakfast on the lovely rooftop terrace in the morning!

Beautiful property on the water close to everything downtown. Wonderful rooftop and amenities like coffee and tea all day!!!

Wonderful experience. Hotel rooms are amazing. Neighborhood is amazing. Right on the waterfront. Only sad issue is that the new hotel opening in a year was built right in front of the ocean view mostly blocking it. The hotel called me ahead of time to tell me this.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. They have thought of everything. Breakfast delivered to your room, large, beautiful rooms, milk and cookie breaks in the lobby, fire pit seating area on the roof, etc. such a fun, fun stay!
