MI ESTANCIA FUE MUY CORTA, PERO ME AGRADARON SUS INSTALACIONES, EL UNICO TEMA ES QUE EN EL CUARTO CONTIGUO UNAS PERSONAS LLEGARON COMO A LAS 3 AM EN ESTADO DE EBRIEDAD HACIENDO MUCHO RUIDO

This is a very old hotel and it’s quite a distance from town (Chapala). It’s clean, quaint and beautiful. For a quiet getaway, it’s perfect! The pool is old but functional. Staff is helpful and courteous. We stayed just the one night then moved to Chapala Plaza hotel in Chapala to be near the Malecon.

El hotel esta muy pintoresco, cuenta con hermosos jardines, fuimos con niños pequeños y a pesar de que el clima estaba helado se pudo disfrutar sin problema de las albercas por su agua templada, tienen tiendita y preparan algunos snacks. El desayuno del domingo riquísimo y hacen un montaje especial. En General nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien, el check in y check out igual, sin contratiempos, sólo es importante ir muy atento antes de llegar para no pas**** porque está algo escondido.

Fue una estancia tranquila, cómoda, la habitación Master está muy amplia, el balcón muy verde, solo vez naturaleza, además te tienen mosquitero para que no se metan los mosquitos a la habitación, te sientes como en casa de campo o en cabaña alrededor de la naturaleza, recomiendo ampliamente esa habitación, más si vas con niños ya que tienen mucho espacio para jugar.

Los cuartos eran un asco.. habían hormigas, Arañas , lugar es muy sucio. Si les pudiera poner 0 estrellas se lo pusiera.. servicio al cliente era muy mal me cobran por cancelar… muy mal lugar. Los cuartos según están limpios avía comida. Seca de algún otro cliente previo telarañas por dnd quiera eviten ir ahí
