The hotel stay was pretty good & the room was very satisfactory. The first night was good, so I stayed another night. The room was clean and hygienic, the facilities were complete, the parking lot was free, the service staff was very good, I will come again next time!

The four-star hotel we stayed in this time was impressive in terms of both service and facilities. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional. They checked us in quickly and also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and clean, the hygiene details were impeccable, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom was reassuring. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the hotel breakfast was diverse, with both local specialties and Western classics, and the taste and freshness were great.

This is definitely the most surprising hotel I have ever stayed in! ✨I felt the meticulous service from the moment I stepped into the lobby - the front desk lady had a sweet smile and was efficient. She took the initiative to upgrade the room type and gave welcome fruit! The room design is full of luxury, the oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view, the bedding is so soft that people fall asleep in seconds 💤 The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas with a smart toilet, and a full set of light luxury toiletries is super considerate. There are so many types of breakfast buffets that you can't choose, and the freshly cooked local specialty rice noodle soup is a must! This kind of detail-oriented service really makes people feel at home. I have recommended it to all my friends and will definitely come again next time! ❤️

The room was very clean and hygienic. The front desk staff was very friendly and patient. The hotel environment was also very good. The breakfast was delicious. The local rice noodle soup was good! The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient to drive or take a taxi to the ancient city and Longhu Ancient Village. The parking lot downstairs is first-class. The breakfast food is rich, and the staff is friendly, warm and polite. The gym on the 3rd floor is very professional and great! The 8th floor is a non-smoking floor, and the rest of the hotel will occasionally encounter tobacco lovers.

The front desk service was very good. The hotel was very nice. The room was spacious and large. I was satisfied with my stay. We booked a family room. The room was very nice. There were 2 rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a sofa bed. It was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Both rooms had TVs and bathrooms, as well as bathtubs. It was close to Guangji Bridge in Chaozhou Old Town, about 5 kilometers by taxi.

Very dissatisfied. If it was 200-300 yuan per room during normal times, I would be fine. But during the Spring Festival, the price doubled to 500-600 yuan, which I could accept. But it was directly more than 1,000 yuan per room. The price went up, but the service didn't! False advertising! There was only a small Du in the smart guest control room! It can't do anything. You can't turn off the lights or close the curtains. It's just a decoration! You have to find the lights yourself. There are so many lights. Before going to bed, you just have to find the switch... When I just entered the room, there was no network and the signal was very poor. It was hard to check the circle of friends... Maybe it's because my Apple signal is not good? I asked the front desk, and the front desk said to find the aunt. The aunt came to see and said to find the front desk. She pushed the aunt back and forth and didn't give me a solution. Then it was left unresolved. I waited for a long time and called to ask, and they said they were repairing. The promotional projection was super blurry. I couldn't see anything. It was also a decoration. There was no window in the room. The corridor window was very stuffy. The room didn't feel very clean. The sheets were also dirty. The toilet door was also broken. When I opened the door, the door flew off? ? ? The soundproofing is also very poor. I was woken up by the noise outside at around 6 in the morning. I was speechless. Then I smelled a smell of cooking smoke. May I ask, did anyone on the eighth floor get up in the morning to fry eggs? It was really smelly. I couldn't sleep at all. I was so angry that I checked out and left. I really have to avoid it. I booked two rooms and spent more than two thousand for one night. It's really not worth it!
