This place is cozy and has mainly everything l needed. The staff of all services are extremely friendly and excellent services.

I came here by myself, the staff were always super willing to help and very friendly. They seemed always anxious to accommodate you and greeted you with alot of politeness. The kitchen should have produced more vegetarian options in my opinion. The hotel was very clean with very hard working cleaning staff which always put in extra little touches like towel origami.

Lovely small but well maintained hotel, beach is average.

Уютные чистые бассейны. Завтрак на «три». Номер прилично уставший, но, в целом, чистый. Прямого выхода к пляжу нет.

空港からタクシーで10分程で立地はすごくいいです。ホテルから徒歩30秒でマクドナルドや2分で小さいスーパーもあり便利でした。部屋に関してはシャワーは少しずつ使ってくださいと張り紙があり、気をつけたつもりでしたが、部屋が水浸しになりました。。また小さい虫の死骸が部屋にいたのも気になりました。ですが、安かったのと、トータルで考えると満足です。

Hotel ubicato in una zona comoda a tutti i servizi. Personale eccellente

All inclusive de dimensiones pequeñas pero acogedor. Comida muy bien, variada, rica. Habitaciones cumplen. Piscinas amplias, una de ellas de agua templada. Tiene a dos acceso a dos playas, una en frente, Gafy, (aprox 200 metros de distancia); Y otra playa ubicada en la otra punta de Naama Bay, que podés llegar caminando (aprox 20/25 minutos por unas lindas calles) o en bus (a cargo del hotel). En la playa del Gafy podés observar peces de colores desde prácticamente la orilla, es precioso.

We really like it in here! Staff is so friendly, animation team make us feel like we are old friends. Everybody welcomed you with smile :) Aqva gym is the best in here :) Room was clean and nice :) Food amazing :) Location just perfect! Love this place

I did not give 5-stars review simply because of the small things. We arrived around 22:30 from the airport. It is about 10 km from airport to the hotel and we paid a taxi 5 USD. I would not complain for 50 euros per night (2 adults and 12 years old child) with breakfast and dinner included to the fare. We were here only for overnight stay. We move to the other hotel in the morning. We booked a ride with indrive application. It is more convenient than bargain with locals. Pros 1. When we arrive to our room, we could smell of cigarettes. 2. The room and bathroom look outdated. Cons 1. Friendly and nice staff to help us to explain about the hotel and take us to our room. 2. Great value of money for overnight stay because we arrived late and just got up around 10:30 after the breakfast finished. We checked out at 12:00 3. There are more than 3 pools that I can see. It is great. 4. Check-in and check-out are fast. Everything is good. 5. MCDONALD'S is only 4 minutes away of walking.

Dont believe the hotel facilities. No spa,its a dentist chair and sweaty. No snack bar or snacks at all,no ice cream,no billiards or volleyball. Entertainment walked out on first week and was crap and in the walkway to what some might call a restaurant. Had food poisening and was heavily medicated for entire break after 1 day. Internet is shockingly bad,service doesnt exist. Be glad mcdonalds is next door, we ate 3 times at hotel and were ill everytime. Excursions are for italian people and no english. Pools are filthy and have crap floating in them all day. Flies everywhere and i have over 20 bites from mosquitoes. Complaining doesnt work. Spent £30 on deet,disinfectant and repellant. Do yourself a favour and pay more for 5 star. This is a worn out cheap dump. Oh, and only 1 restaurant buffet only. Showers are full of mould and we had an upgrade!!! The cheap seat rooms look awful. No mountain views as described or beach. Pay more for better as its cost £300 a week to avoid food and be elsewhere. No kids pool and the kids club doesnt exist and is used for laundry anyway. Shocking. We come to egypt 3 times a year and in all the holidays ive had around the world this place is the worst. If you just want a bed and no russians then its perfect.
