Wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city. Personalised service, beautiful design and delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Everything was perfect.

I had a good stay here. Good location. Great staff and great service. One of the my best stay in Changsha.

Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! (special shoutout to Ms. 柯, you have been very helpful and we appreciate your help!)

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly. One of the staff members named "Amora" was my personal housekeeper and made my stay even better! He recommended places for me to go and eat. He even presented me a cake for my Brithday! I will definitely stay there when I come back!

We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

We felt very welcomed and enjoyed the wonderful service. The location is in walking distance to some interesting points and within a lively quarter. Worth to come again.

Amazed by the friendly workers, considerable meal service, and wonderful food!!! Room is spacious, clean, and very tasteful decoration. I wish I could stay another night but good stuff is hard to get: they are too popular and I booked too late. I will definitely come back next time. I rarely write reviews or comments for anything but I feel I have to speak up for this one: I highly recommend this hotel; it worths every penny!

這次來長沙，我一頭扎進了亦間6500潮宗街酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！ - 位置：酒店藏在潮宗街裏，和各種網紅咖啡店、設計師店做鄰居，文藝氣息十足。樓下就是茶顏悦色，出門就能citywalk，步行去五一廣場、IFS都很方便，吃喝玩樂一站式搞定，對於我這種懶人來説太友好了。 - 公區：大堂是個超絕的打卡點，黑白配色加上高級傢俱，空間感直接拉滿，隨便一拍都很出片。咖啡廳的音樂讓人一坐下就想慵懶地窩一下午，陽光灑進來，看着外面的行人，很愜意。 - 房間：房間裏大量運用木色，簡約又不失時尚感。床品舒適，晚上一沾枕頭就睡沉了，電視還能投屏，窩在床上追劇太爽。洗漱用品是小瓶裝的LELABO，吹風機是戴森的，連細節都這麼講究。備品超豐富，除了常規的，還有臉巾、牛奶泡浴這些。迷你吧裏零食、軟飲、酒水啥都有，還搭配了白沙河井水和依雲，用來泡酒店準備的黑茶剛剛好，而且都是免費的！每個房間還放了個魔方，拼成功就能領一杯茶顏悦色，太懂我們這些遊客的心了。 - 服務：酒店員工的穿着都是極簡風，24小時隨時有管家在線，服務貼心到不行。晚上有夜宵，早餐能送房間，還能代買茶顏悦色，不想排隊的寶子有福了，另外還有送行李和旅拍服務，真的太周到了。 這家酒店從環境到服務，每一處細節都做到了極致，下次來長沙，我肯定還選這兒！

地理位置好，樓下吃喝玩樂都特別便利，酒店裡又很安謐，超級喜歡這種市井中的寧靜氛圍。服務很周到，早餐、下午茶、宵夜，都送到房間，管家時刻溝通，時刻想着更細緻的服務。房間很安靜，睡得很踏實。屬於小而美的高奢

最近去長沙玩，住了亦間，體驗超棒！ 地理位置：位置絕了，就在五一廣場附近，下樓走 幾步就能開啟逛吃模式。周邊全是長沙熱門打卡 地，去坡子街 、太平街超近。 房間環境：房間裝修簡約又時尚，整體色調搭配很 舒服，細節處理得很到位。床鋪軟硬適中，躺上去 超解壓，還有智能設備，燈光、窗簾動動嘴就能控 制。 服務態度：從前台辦理入住，工作人員就熱情又耐 心，辦理速度快，還會細心介紹周邊好玩的。入住 期間，不管是要加物品還是問問題，都能快速響 應，讓人超安心，還給免費升級了房型，早飯夜宵 都能送到房間。酒店送的旅拍很出片，還能幫點茶 顏悦色。臨走的時候還送了小點心，小姐姐們一路幫忙拿行李到車上，特別貼心！ 我去過不少地方、也住過很多很好的酒店，亦間的服務真的是目前體驗過的最貼心的！
