Good service especially from the reception, there were very helpful. Mona was very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The hotel is good . The cafeteria at the reception is very good.

Came to stay only for 2 nights. Good location, friendly and very helpful staff, cozy rooms and tasty hot pot in the restaurant. Very close to the Aranya resort. Should come here in summer.

I’m not very fluent in Chinese, so I needed assistance from someone who could speak English. Fortunately, I met Mona, a staff member who speaks English fluently. She was incredibly helpful and supported my family throughout our stay at the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded, and my children received a special gift. They truly appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect — thanks to the worker on the reception Carson. He was polite, very attentive and respectful. He was always available and ready to help, even if he wasn’t speaking English perfectly. My strong recommendation!

My room/apartment was the groundfloor and it is moldy. Outside of the window is the ventilator of the whole building, which is loud and windy and doesn‘t allow to open the windows in the bedroom. The toilet smells bad of canalization.  It was not a nice place to stay but ok for 1 night during the festival.

I travelled solo as a non-Chinese tourist and could not be more delighted to work with the reception of this hotel who graciously answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Extraordinary service!

The hotel is very big and suitable for families. We had a great time and also the location is great considering it is just opposite Aranya. However, the rooms we were staying in were so dirty and considering we had a baby, it was almost hazardous for the baby. The floors were dusty and had spider webs between walls and closets. The staff were friendly though and very helpful, I have sent a picture of the name of one who helped us.

The hotel is nice and clean with great location, Front desk service is excellent, 梦梦 gave us very warm welcome and hospitality

Everything was good in the hotel, also the reception, classy treatment from the staff, and the cleanliness of the rooms is also good. There is (dream ) reception supervisor. Her treatment was very classy and fast. Thank you to everyone there♥️

Very safe and great place to stay! This is very close to Aranya if that's where you need to be, but staying at this hotel will not give you access/entrance to Aranya as it is outside the community. There are numerous facilities onsite making it a great destination to spend a few nights at and unwind. It seems very family-friendly as well. Location-wise, I'm not sure what else is around that is open access to the public, so I would do research if you plan on going to the beach and exploring surrounding landmarks. Also, so many stuffed bears. Love it.
