We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety."

"We had a wonderful five-day, four-night stay at Arcadia. The hotel butler greeted us warmly, upgraded our room to a sea-view, and even helped with our luggage. They left daily messages asking if we needed anything, which was so thoughtful. The hotel environment is excellent, with a spacious lawn where kids can play soccer. It's also very close to the beach. In front of the hotel, there's a swimming pool, and the hot spring center has various hot tubs and pools. Every evening, there's a bonfire party on the beach. Overall, there are so many activities – it's a great place for families with children. The breakfast selection is rich, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with comprehensive facilities and a sufficient supply of drinking water daily. In summary, we had a delightful five days at Arcadia and made beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back next summer."

I've been to Aranya many times, and this stay at Nuo'an Yuanjin exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Wendy's professional and meticulous service. Before we even arrived, Wendy proactively shared important information about entering the park and luggage transportation arrangements. Knowing we had large luggage, she informed us of the shuttle pick-up and drop-off points in advance. During check-in, she patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and services, clarifying anything we didn't understand. During our stay, we unexpectedly changed our plans and wanted to inquire about luggage storage and late check-out. Wendy patiently helped us check room availability and offered sound advice. When we wanted to find a quiet walking path in the park, she used her experience to plan a route for us, avoiding crowded areas. She was also very quick to respond to our daily requests for extra bottled water, disposable amenities, etc. I could tell she was very familiar with the entire Aranya park, having all sorts of information at her fingertips, and communicated with genuine warmth and friendliness. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the hotel overall was quiet and elegant. When traveling, a reliable and helpful housekeeper can save you countless troubles. Next time I visit Aranya, Nuo'an Yuanjin will be my first choice, and I'll specifically request Wendy as my housekeeper!"

"I visited Yutian with my mother-in-law, husband, and our two-year-old baby. It definitely lives up to its hype! The light show was absolutely dreamy, and the animal Broadway show was spectacular. We stayed in the Sunlight Courtyard, where the heated pool was perfect for our two-year-old to play with a swim ring. Our butler was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request, even helping us find our baby's special spoon without a moment's hesitation. I personally found feeding the giraffes, capybaras, and other animals to be a great family activity, and the red pandas were just adorable! The Fishermen's Fire Market and various performances are more suited for slightly older children. We'll definitely be back for a second visit if we get the chance!"

The unbeatable panoramic sea view meant we could watch the sunrise right from our beds – everyone knows that joy. The moment we walked in and saw the sea view from the living room, all my worries just melted away. Even more impressive than the superb facilities was the warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive service. Compared to the bustling South Shore city center, I much prefer the tranquility of Phase 7, and yinplus gave me the confidence to choose it, thanks to their well-established shuttle service. Due to the strong winds by the sea these past few days, we called for the shuttle almost every time we left the room, except for going to the cafeteria. Both the front desk staff and our butler were incredibly responsive and never seemed bothered by our frequent requests for rides. Every day, our room had a fresh flower arrangement, a fresh fruit platter, and a restocked mini-bar. Most importantly, our family of four drinks an incredible amount of water, and they were so generous, constantly replenishing our supply [crying emoji]. They thoughtfully installed bed rails for us, and even though our child is very young, they provided a kids' toiletries set – truly super detailed. I really want to extend my heartfelt thanks to every staff member at the hotel 🙏. 90% of the credit for this perfect trip goes to the hotel!!"
