Service was good ..food was great but they charged 200Rs for 20Rs glass which our little one accidentally broke 🙁

The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Good hotel, I am not so sure about the location. Lacked privacy. Staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Hotel staff is polite but hotel room were not up to mark. Hotel have car parking.

I recently Visit mercure Chandigarh I truely impressed by expectional service provide by Priya and Darpan they are incredible knowledgeable girls overall a fantastic experience I will definitely be returning to have my stay in ur hotel .

I m very happy with all the staff. I was so tired but When i enter this property welcoming faces and of staff are so friendly. There is a corporate meet of my i have to attend as well where every thing managed so well newly accor brand hired property i came to know from the staff. I visit outside of india hotels are not much that managed as it's having in India this property is also so professional i liked and truly i will visit next time with my family. Thank you Mercure chandigarh.

Very superb stay..nice ambience...memorable stay ..food was very tasty specially afgani dish superb....sukhman and riya at reception was very kind and cute very helpfull....thnq to them...will come soon....thnq to resaturant staff...good by . 🤩

This Mercure Chandigarh Great location also beautiful surrounding atmosphere great staff most friendly and helpful receptionist. It was clean, stylish roomy with excellent service in which we had dinner food was good and great value for no and service was attentive and efficient I was very pleased with my stay I hope to visit in future

Amazing experience. Ambiance food cocktails and mocktail and hospitality were par excellence. Thank you Priya and Riya both . Staff are so young and made our experience more pleasure. Give professional service. Also Coffee shop and selection of food and drinks was excellant . Also don’t forget to try cuisine from other part of India available. Will come back soon also refer to my colleagues to visit it.
