1)check in was straight forward 2) had booked a room with an extra bed ,which was not already in the room .on requesting them to place the extra bed ,they did it. 3)Only one litre water provided in the room and on request was denied stating it was chargeable .For around 4400 a night for a zero facility hotel it was the least they could do .4)the room was not cleaned in some places and patches of dirt and soot were cleaned by me .No wifi in room ,only lobby. 5)The room was spacious enough for four of us ,being the good point .6)the staff don't mind helping but it's probably not in their hands .For the room space, the AC and fan in room combo (which I love ),and the quiet area ,i can give this hotel 3/5.
