Prime location and good property, while it was a short stay but staff was courteous and helpful Clean room and hygiene washroom

It was average hotel. Professionalism. Ws lacking. No parking of hotel. Have to park in govt paid parking. Rooms were average. Basic amenities were lacking, had to literally insist fr even the footwears in room, dental kits etc. It was literally overpriced-at least 3 times, and that too without brekfast. Towels provided were old and smelly, though they were washed. I'll avoid staying in it again, if given option

The property is good, location is good, staff is polite but the hotel management has made a false claim that 24 hours room service is available in the hotel. The truth is that the kitchen is not operational. This claim should be removed from the site. The hotel is good for short trips, although the rates are a bit high compared to other hotels in this range.

Staff is quite good and as per cost it's up to mark although size of bathrooms is quite small but location is perfect right in the market of 35c

There is not a single thing which was even average. I have been using hotel services since last 20 years. This was worst experience. Toilet seat was broken, bathroom wall was spoiled, sink was broken, duvets were smelly and dirty,

it's a decent stay, but the service is slow. i had to wait for an hour for dinner i ordered and the quality of food wasn't upto the mark. only 1 medimix soap provided, can't expect shampoos saches as well.
