The hotel is right walking distance to church. And all amenities. Parking in front building is free from 7pm to 9am morning.

Friendly staff, check in until late which is helpful when at the mercy of unreliable public transports Clean room with all you'd need for basic cooking over a long weekend, loads of wall sockets, super useful when travelling with loads of gizmos Good location in a walkable distance from the cathedral, town centre, champagne cellars... The train station is not too far either I'd book there again

We arrived with a lot of luggage that we couldn’t leave in the car overnight the gentleman in reception stored them for us to avoid taking them up to our room, great service. Breakfast was the best we’ve had in France with lots of choice and well presented. Overall an excellent stay.

Very run down! This is NOT a 3 star hotel AT ALL. Felt like we were walking into a hostel. Upon entering the hotel there was a pile of empty beer/wine bottles and broken glass. Not a good first impression. The room was not as pictured in any way. The bathroom lights did not work, the shower head was broken and overall was not very clean. Not to mention the toilet did not flush well. I wish we would have spent an extra $50 to get a much better hotel.

Stayed for 2N whilst in Reims. Rooms were well equipped with a small kitchen, as with other Appart'City venues. There was an issue with my showerhead being loose but I fixed this myself easily with a screwdriver from reception. Price reasonable. Carpets could do with a deep clean to remove some stains. Didn't try the breakfast as I am watching my calorie intake (or at least trying to). Close to the cathedral and other tourist spots. Would certainly stay again.

Absolutely awful hotel: not recommended. Housed in an oppressive, huge, old military barracks building. The entrance is in the courtyard, which is also surrounded by sterile, glassy, abandoned-looking new buildings. The rooms are really tiny and musty, the hotel corridors look like hospital corridors. We were horrified at breakfast on Wednesday July 20: I had gone downstairs for breakfast before my husband and had put some cheese, bread and juice and jam on our table for both of us. My husband arrived shortly after me. When we wanted to eat breakfast comfortably, the receptionist came to our table and disturbed us while we were eating and told us very unkindly that my husband was now no longer allowed to sit or eat because he was a few minutes late. One felt like in a kindergarten or at a military roll call. We were really stunned and shocked! Avoid this hotel. The only positive point: the blonde somewhat chubby receptionist, who had welcomed us very friendly and gave us valuable excursion tips.

Fine budget option. Small room, no frills but clean and everything in working order. Can easily walk to train, restaurants and sights. 24 hour desk for easy check-in. Safe quiet neighborhood. Prefer Reims to Epernay to stay so good value.

Located on a quiet street, entered from a large courtyard, it was clean and comfortable. We stopped overnight on a trip, but with the kitchen facilities would be good for a longer stay too; decent breakfast too.
