No air-conditioner, so it will be very hot during summer. It is still fine in May.

Great place to sleep over for a night or two. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Bon accueil, hôtel près de la gare bien positionné, chambre bien propre.

The woman when I checked in was cold. However, when I was pickpocketed, the men were very kind and let me call Japan. I appreciate it very much.

Plus sides; handy location for city centre, comfy bed, decent shower, kitchenette, secure parking available Negatives; extremely souless, extras seemed expensive (parking, dogs, breakfast), erratic heating, microwave broken, only provided towels for one person. OK for one night passing through but that would be long enough.

The hotel room was a pleasant surprise compared to the outside which is pretty tired. However we did discover a lamp with an electric cable parcel-taped together which had unsurprisingly come apart leaving bare electric cables showing. The bed was comfortable and the pillows actually decent, which is a rarety in France. Appreciate that it is a budget stay, but bare electrics are dangerous and never acceptable no matter what the budget.

We liked the short distance to the centre, free parking, friendly service, everything clean. The wifi service should be less complicated.

I came to Reims to pick up a puppy and this hotel is probably the best set up for dogs. I also had a car and it is the most accommodating for parking of any hotel in the center of town, I've been to in France. The bed and the pillows were better than the CDG Hilton. The closest restaurant to the hotel is one of my favorites. There are plenty other restaurants to choose from.

This was a very convenient location. Very clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

I no longer have trust in the ******* rating system.I feel the rating of greater than 8 is incredibly misleading. It is dirty, mold in the bathroom (I have pictures). Area is less than ideal. Internet is terrible. The price is cheap but the rating very misleading.

It is close to the train station and the town center. The staff are helpful and accommodating.

Stayed one night to visit sites in Reims. The property is right by the main train station, so there is some noise from there. Nice having parking on-site (must reserve and additional fee), but somewhat inconvenient to get luggage between parking and hotel entrance. WiFi is on an unsecured network. Overall, it met our needs for the night.
