Check-in was smooth , and the rooms found absolutely clean and of good size. Location of the hotel is perfect , only short distance from the highway. The breakfast was normal with enough variety. The check out was little slow , maybe because the staff was seems to be new and under training otherwise overall experience was good and would certainly recommend whenever you are in Rampur .

Rates are high and staff is not good the rooms are available in offline but online they show that hotel is full when we checked in there are lots off room are empty and they asking the fare is 6000/-rs that's is soo high for that kind of hotel but we not book ...

Hotel is very nice, rooms are neat and clean, food is delicious. Hotel staff is very soft spoken. Location is perfect and bar and disco is also nice, perfect place to stay and party. Restaurant is also good

We found this property half way to our final destination. The Hotel is located near to the Haldwani Highway and perfect for night stay. Rooms were big enough and clean. Staffs were super polite. Spread at the complimentary breakfast was big enough with varieties. We recommend guest to stay here.

I think so this hotel staff doesn't know how to talk to a customer. So called bar ***ager start showing attitude showing rudeness this is not a symptoms of true Hotelier. This is my last day for sure in opal. And staff service and attitude not good food quality average

Nice Hotel I have came 1st time in Rampur and it was amazing . Mr. Chandan is very helpful Person I loved the opal good ambiance of the Hotel and reception staff was very help full I will visit again .
