This is the first hotel in years of experience that was unable to exchange money (according to reception, the nearest ATM is 6 kilometers away). Furthermore, they refused to extend our check-out free of charge, even though the hotel was far from full. Upon request, they offered a different room at an exorbitant surcharge (half the daily rate for 4 hours). Hotels usually offer the option of showering before departure; here, we were offered the shower by the pool."

"First time try this resort. The resort is huge. Good breakfast. Lotsa varieties. Less crowded compared to dusit thani. Good location. In fact just learnt that avani is part of dusit thai. There's EV charger in the resort. There are also shelter for carpark but few defects in the room. 1) Room has smell 2) Shower room water clogged 3) Mini bar not chill. Feedback to Management and they rectified quite fast. I'll give them a chance, will return to avani again."

"We stayed on 19-10-2024 to go to a beach concert with another friend. We didn’t think she would do this to us. The key was with us, but the person staying with us asked to open the room door, claiming that she forgot her stuff. Even though that person really went in with us, shouldn’t the staff open it arbitrarily? We hurried back from the concert to ask the staff why they dared to open the room door, giving the reason that they saw it together and gave their correct name and surname. But there was no call to confirm with us whether the door could be opened. We asked the staff where we could complain, if something was lost, would they be responsible? The staff answered with an innocent face, saying that we could complain on the booking app. We rushed up to the room and found that something had really been stolen, making us feel very unsafe here. We had to call a car back from Cha-am to Bangkok at around 10 pm. The fare was 1,400 baht. We should have slept there, but the staff’s actions made us not dare to stay. I won’t mention the staff’s name. He paid for the fare for us later after we arrived in Bangkok because his family would take action and suspected that he might feel guilty. (or not) I don't know, but I will complain as the employee told me to complain here. Anyone who is thinking of staying here, please choose carefully. Thank you."

Selain itu, tidak ada pantai di sini, kecuali pantai pribadi kecil di sebelah hotel yang diperuntukkan bagi tamu yang menginap di resor. Lokasinya hanya beberapa kilometer dari bandara, jadi tidak persis di Pantai Cha Am. Saya harus memesan Grab karena bus tidak menuju ke area ini, yang biayanya sekitar 200 baht dari Hua Hin. Ada 7-Eleven dan beberapa restoran di jalan tepat di luar hotel. Cocok untuk liburan yang tenang, tetapi saya lebih suka Hua Hin yang ramai."
