A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.

Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line. Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there.

The hotel has a rich history that it proudly flaunts, just in the wrong way. The dining room looks like it was made for the filming of a movie about the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo, and the rooms also proudly show their age. Every morning I was very surprised when the waiter brought freshly baked eggs from the kitchen as if they came from a fridge. The way the food was served made me suspect that it was simply thrown out to spoil the guests' appetite. Also, 1 of the 4 elevators did not work at all. During my stay, the hotel was fully occupied, meaning it was hosting about 1,000 guests. If each of them paid 100 USD per night, that's a lot of money. My recommendation to the management, which is obviously far away from Sarajevo, is to invest at least a small part of it in renovations.

Being born in the city and left a few years ago, I thought I should stay in the iconic hotel, being famous for nice accommodation. Bit of a let down. Room was clean, shower was leaking in a big puddle, towels are all frayed and shouldn't be used at all. Just very bad. Overall furniture very old, unkept and used. Bit disappointed that the icon of the Sarajevo is fading away.

The facilities are not good, the lock of the room is broken, the heating does not work, there is no kettle, the air conditioner is too old, the buzzing sound is very noisy, and the breakfast variety is too small. However, the front desk staff has good service

I have never seen such rubbish service. You have to pay for water, there is no kettle, you have to go to the front desk to refresh the room card every day, the room service did not come after I called for a long time, and no one followed up on the request I made that night after the shift change the next day. The air conditioner was very noisy, like a motor, and there were no slippers.

This is a rubbish hotel. I would never recommend staying there. I really, really hope you don't stay there. It would be fine if it was just old, but the cleaning is not done properly. The bathroom is unbearably dirty. It's so dirty that it makes you sneeze nonstop due to allergies. The wifi doesn't work. The fridge doesn't work. The phone to the front desk from the room doesn't work either. When I tried to get some ice because the fridge didn't work, I was told that it was impossible because the hotel doesn't have any ice. After that, no matter what I said they ignored me, so I slammed the table and they said they would call the police. Calling the police for slamming the table seems like a free choice, but they won't listen to me so I can't even have a discussion. There is also discrimination. Don't stay here.

0.5 points for convenient transportation and parking. Everything else is too bad, there is no kettle, the air conditioner is exactly like a tractor, there is no main light, and no toothpaste, toothbrush or slippers are provided.

The hotel is shabby, but bearable, far from the center. Breakfast is blah-mall.

It may take about 20 minutes to walk to the tourist attractions, but the room is large and quiet. There is an ATM downstairs where you can withdraw marks. The facilities are a bit old but it does not affect the use. The breakfast is very rich. The overall experience is good.

The hotel is very conspicuous, with a yellow exterior that can be seen from a distance. Although the decoration is old, it is well maintained and you can see its former glory. The service is five-star, and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety of options to meet the needs of different tastes. The room is also very large, with a space dedicated to large suitcases.
