Island Magic Villas

This place was amazing!! Clean and beautiful. Great experience and staff very attentive!! Justino, Bibi, Elvira took care of us and always made sure we had great contacts and experiences. Treated us like family🥰 Highly recommend this place. Would stay here again.

I traveled to Caye Caulker with my family of four this week and was fortunate to stay at Island Magic Villas. We can be tough to please because our needs are pretty varied. Between a 12-year-old boy, 16 16-year-old girl, and parents who like to travel, we have a long list of 'must haves' when we vacation. First off, the photos we saw of the property before we arrived did not do the place justice. The property is new, well-built, and very tidy. Our unit (and all of the buildings on the property) are generously sized so that we always felt like we could spread out and have as much privacy as we desired. The materials used inside and out are high quality, and the units are equipped with proper AC in every room, full kitchens, and lots of room to lounge inside and out. Our rooftop deck was big enough to accommodate a large gathering...too bad we didn't bring a few friends! From the moment we arrived, Robby and the rest of the staff were truly welcoming. They assisted us with every question, request, or desire. One of the bartenders even spent time on the dock, showing my son where to find the best fish under the dock and how to bait his hook to catch local snapper. The property is somewhat secluded, but it is a five-minute walk to the Split if you want to head into 'town' to enjoy a little more lively nightlife, you can, but if you want a quiet evening at the resort, you have everything you need If you are looking for a great place to unwind with a team that will provide top-shelf service, Island Magic Villas is a fantastic choice. We will be back!

The Saldivar Family has taken a step up from thier other Caye Caulker property Island Magic Resort. Property is on the north end with a 5 minute walk to the Split. Beautiful accommodations, pool, restaurant, bar, and impeccable service - everyone calls you by name. It feels like home, Lorena, Justino, BeBe, aim to please

We only stay at Island Magic when we’re on Caye Caulker and when we heard about the addition of the villas on the north side of the island, we had to try it. They met us at the airpstrip and transported us by golf cart and their private ferry to the property, and directly back to the water taxi terminal when we were going back to the city. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and efficient and they were responsive to every question or request. This location is much more secluded and quiet than the other side and the property is gorgeous with the pool overlooking the sea and a restaurant/bar onsite. It was my daughter’s birthday and they decorated for us and arranged for a cake. They drove us to the ferry to go across the island at a moment’s notice and were available to us basically around the clock. Lorena and Robbie are outstanding!!

The owners and staff went above and beyond providing us with truly exceptional service throughout our stay from when our water taxi arrived on Caye Caulker, the owner, with her staff, transported us and our luggage across the Split in the heavy rain, strong winds and dark to our villa. She kept the restaurant open late for our arrival that evening. Alina was very well prepared, thoughtful and transformed what could’ve been a stressful arrival into one that left us knowing we were in great hands. Island Magic Villas was the perfect place for our romantic couple’s getaway. The Villa arranged our golf cart rental and the snorkeling excursion we requested; every interaction went flawlessly. The suggestions the staff provided based on our questions and interests of other things to do, places to see, establishments to enjoy were spot on making this the most romantic, memorable, adventurous, and carefree time in paradise! The food, drinks, views, accommodations, and service were superb. The intimate setting of the private rooftop with day bed swing were perfect for cuddling up and staring at the night sky. We chose Magic Island Villas for their luxurious accommodations, more secluded atmosphere, and easy access to The Split to Split ferry over to the South Island. What we had not anticipated was how overly kind, caring and friendly everyone was at every interaction. This is a remarkable property that filled our hearts with peace and tranquility to carry with us in our memories of the enchanting time we spent with all the wonderful people we met there. We didn’t stay here on our first visit to Caye Caulker (since we had no idea it existed) but we will definitely stay here in the future! It’s on the north side of the island, which is much less inhabited than the south side, but there’s private boat service to pick you and your luggage up when you arrive via the water ferry. The owner was kind enough to give us a tour of the property and we were beyond impressed. The villas are like apartments (they range in size) and this would be the perfect place for a family trip or a couples vacation. You’ve got your individual bedrooms but also a central living area to hang out together. The view from the rooftop lounge area is spectacular - you can watch sunsets from there while sipping cocktails and relaxing on the padded swings or lounge beds. Bikes are a great way to get over to the south side of the island, via the “Rasta Ferry” that crosses the split in just a couple minutes. One final tip - bring bug spray!
