what a dump! you basically living on a construction site… everything is old and dirty… a place where you do not want to stay at all. Further is all comms in the hotel pretty aggressive: if you steal the tv, the‘ll charge ou with usd 500 - so it says the sign at the wall. on top: if you use a towel as a floor mat, usd 15.-. Happy slippery stay over there - or better don‘t do it…

Stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. The location is great for the ferry but that’s probably about it. The hotel steps up to the reception area are tired. Our room looked out on to a building site. With no nets in the room we had to keep the curtains shut because someone was working in the building site and could look in. There are rules plastered all over the place. The one that really annoyed me was the rule that said there would be a fine if the hand towel was used as a shower mat. Might have been useful to have provided a shower mat so that we didn’t have to risk breaking our necks on a wet tiled floor!!! The sheets on the bed looked like they had been thrown on so the bare mattress was easily exposed. Loved the island of Caye Caulker but didn’t love this hotel.

Does the job if you just want a bed. If you plan on being out and about on the island / in the water all day; and only want a bed to sleep in then this is perfect. Very basic, no view or garden etc but it’s clean, good air con, fridge in room, good WiFi, free water top up and centrally located. If you want a hotel with a vibe and communal areas then this isn’t the one

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was central for exploring the island but the rooms were a bit of a disappointment. There was no fan in the bathroom and the air conditioning was meager at best. There was no way to dry our wet beach and snorkel gear so after a couple of days, the items were still damp and the room was getting musty. Offering a clothes hanging area or improving air circulation in the rooms would be great for this otherwise decent hotel.

Hotel has a great location. One block off the main drag, a 5 minute walk from the water taxi terminal. The hotel is fine. WiFi is mediocre. It’s Clean, but not luxurious, but Shanti at the front desk is exceptional. She is willing to help and accommodate any request you have.

Contestant noise from all around. They are doing construction but offer nothing for the inconvenience. I did not ENJOY my stay there. Make sure the construction is done or maybe they can comp a night for you. You hear people talking and slamming their doors in the hallway all night and early morning.

The staff is very friendly and the bed comfortable, the room is spacious. However our room was facing a brick wall of an hotel under construction terrible view...
And the room was super humid.
It might be a different story if you have a room facing west.

Location was good walkable to everything on the island. Hotel was good but lot of noise on th first floor. Very close to the ferry for island hopping. Overall a good budget stay for the price.
