Art&Park Hotel Union Lido

My family and I have come to Union Lido for the past 36 years and have loved every moment until this summer. We booked 3 x Torcello apartments for 10 people. When we did the reservation we kindly asked if it would be possible to live next to each other like we did the year before. We were told yes it could might be but Union Lido would charge 100 Eur for this. We kindly says no thanks to that. When we arrived we found out that Union Lido were able to give us 3 x Torcellos next to each other - that was great but not something that we though we would be charge for. The last evening we went to the check out and then we found out, that all 3 x Torcellos was charge 100 Eur for living next to each other - this even when we have said no thanks to the charge. We were truly disappointed with this and went back to discuss it - but there where nothing to do. Union Lido was not in mood to see that this was not right or to take some care of a very good customer which started to come to Union Lido for 36 years ago. We left next morning with a very bad mood and we will never come back. Its actually kind of rude to charge 3 x 100 Eur for a customers wish to live next to each other and at least acept that we dont want to accept the charge with the beginning of the reservation. We are truly sad over the treatment from Union Lido and would not come back. We also want to give an warning to further customers, that you must be very carefully that you would not get cheated in form a charge for something that they just put in. Be carefully with your booking !

Wonderful Paradise, that’s what I call it because you know when you arrive you are going to be taking care of. Great service great hotel plenty of choices of accommodations at the hotel but then you also have access to Union lido campsite with two water parks the beach the shops the three amusement parks and many types of restaurants. If your into fitness or sports they have everything to keep you fit..

The hotel has best of many worlds. Hotel service is excellent, hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is brilliant with good quality products and access to the camping site (also very clean by the way) and beach (including beach chairs etc. for free and already set up for hotel guests) a few steps away. In addition, the bus in front of the hotel takes you in 10 min to Punto Sabioni to visit Venice or in 10 min to Jesolo to do the shopping. No need to use the car for the rest of the holiday. Union Lido and the Parkhotel are by far our preferred option for a wonderful holiday in the area. Congrats to Andrea, Esli and the rest of the hotel staff and thank you for making our holiday a wonderful experience!

Wonderful hotel with access to all the facilities, bars and restaurants of Union Lido. We could not fault anything-the hotel is peaceful, immaculately clean with excellent facilities and amazing staff. We first went to Union Lido 30 years ago and have returned many times as the extremely high standards have never changed.

Union Lido and the Art&Park hotel is a wonderful vacation experience. The hotel is very well renovated with good air conditioning and WiFi in very comfortable and clean rooms. All staff are very friendly and welcoming in a pleasant way, and we loved the quality and selection of the breakfast buffet. All in all a top-class hotel, which also grants access to the huge camping site with several great restaurants and ice cream bars, and sun beds with a parasol on the beach is included.

Would recommend the Art & Park Hotel Union Lido as an excellent holiday choice. All aspects of our hotel stay were excellent, Staff were polite, friendly and very efficient. Room was clean, well serviced and modern. Breakfast was superb, one of the very best we have experienced in many years of travelling. Facilities on the campsite also superb for both couples and families. I have visited the campsite and now the hotel several times since my first trip as a boy with my parents in 1964. We then visited with our own children and now as an elderly couple, a span of 59 years! We hope to visit again
