"Very close to the city center, very easy to find, originally the email communication is very good, but unfortunately when I arrived, the doorbell of the building was broken, I couldn't get in for a while, I entered the room, and I was relieved at once. It was very warm and homely. The kind of homestay, it feels like my own home. The owner is not there, the key is on the door, everything is very smooth, there is a super classical small balcony in the room, standing on it overlooking the street view of the main street, the sun is on the balcony, the young lady who loves to take pictures is very good. I went to the kitchen for breakfast the next morning and found that the owner was an elderly couple, very kind, and made an exquisite buffet breakfast. The restaurant was small and exquisite. I chose to eat by the floor-to-ceiling windows. After the meal, I asked 10.30 to check out. I had no place to go, so I sat in the aisle living room to rest. I just witnessed how the old couple carefully did the room hygiene. I was shocked. I felt more serious than I did in my own home! At 12 o'clock they finished the hygiene, and I left the building with them. I still recommend this to my first time in Catania."

It's true that it's not the manager's fault, but by law, having purchased a series of services, a refund should be due for the lack of service. It's also clear that the manager will seek reimbursement from the company that manages the electricity grid in Sicily. However, I'm happy to say that despite the B&B turning a deaf ear, Trip.com customer service was fabulous, charging my account with enough Trip coins to cover one night's stay."

"I spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite, which I can say is absolutely beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed. Great bed and endless space. The two-seater hydromassage tub in a dedicated area is very nice with TV and air conditioning. A significant advantage. Two separate bathroom partitions allow for unique relaxation, the huge bathroom comes with a large shower. Breakfast is included in the suite. The staff is friendly (although the desk is not open 24 hours, a phone number is provided if assistance is needed). The hotel is located in the city center, opposite a beautiful garden. A perfect place to stay but there is no lift so you have to take the stairs which is something to remember."
