The room is very modern and clean. All has been recently renovated. They offer contactless check in, which is convenient. The room has a little balcony with nice views of Catania. It is loud and busy outside, but the windows are of good quality so if you keep them closed it will be quiet. Air conditioning is available as well. The room has a big flat screen television offering smart TV services including Netflix.

Nice staff, location was convenient, clean and tidy, everything is good. we had a wonderful stay.

Thank you for everything. The location is perfect and the room is very very clean. They put also tea and water. But the only problem is no staff can speak english and we can’t communicate with them. You should find a solution for it.

原本我定的B&B在中央車站附近，平台溝通的問題，商家説無法滿足。後來攜程替我訂了這個，差價由攜程承擔。除了外部環境，其他都很好，服務很棒，很耐心。指導如何進門、乘電梯都等等。

離車站有一小段距離，但是交通都很方便，接待人員非常親切，語言不通的時候，也會使用Google翻譯解答所有問題。
