I was not impressed by the service. The service provided was not worth the price at all. The staff was neither welcoming nor helpful. Although there were plenty of available table and seat for afternoon tea, the hotel decided to inform me that they were fully booked which I found ridiculous. It was such an awful experience to stay at that hotel and will not recommend this hotel to anyone else.

I have been here 3 times already. Their service has always been splendid

What a stunning Hotel. Extremely classy and a pleasure to stay at a hotel that is not only in an amazing location but beautifully presented. Sparklingly brand new looking decor.

My favourite hotel in London!!! The best breakfast in a gorgeous room! The staff are all so nice and having a pool in the centre of London is a bonus!!

在倫敦住了很多次酒店，這家的服務和設施和其他相比真的非常好，房間很大，床很大，而且床墊相對支撐性比較好，住過倫敦其他酒店的床墊太軟導致第二天腰痠背痛。

設施：酒店設施非常齊全 衞生：酒店衞生非常乾淨整潔 環境：酒店環境相當好呢 服務：酒店服務員的服務態度非常好呢 商務出差來的，一連住了好多天呢

基本沒有性價比，5000多一晚，房間小，裝修還可以，房間不隔音，周圍屋頂景觀，大堂服務等於3星，下午茶65鎊加税加12.5%服務費，這個價錢在倫敦也算是貴的，吃的真很一般，除了黃油，三文治免費任吃，中庭環境很好。

交通方便，酒店後門就是地鐵站

超棒的服務和環境，家庭房非常完美，一家人住的非常開心和舒適。下次還會再次光臨。

這次是和朋友一起住的，酒店大堂10分漂亮，員工都好有線，見到我們拿着那麼多行李到馬上幫忙。但可能酒店有一定的歷史，所以房間設施都比較塵垢，床褥十分硬。住的是套房，廁所十分大，但同樣裝修比較沒有那麼現代化

老牌五星，英倫老錢風，幫領導和家人訂的，他們很喜歡！

很方便 對面就是火車站和瑪莎

房間很大 床也很大 洗手間很大 住的很舒服
