Layak tetapi kami tidak memiliki pakaian cuci, saya bertanya dan mereka berkata maaf kami memiliki biarawati

Saya mendapatkan raja untuk sofa dan tv di kamar, segera saya berjalan di tidak ada tv untuk kunjungan saya. Pergi ke meja depan dan mengatakan t hem saya membutuhkan tv dan mereka mengatakan mereka akan memiliki saya satu sebelum saya mengunjungi dengan anak saya. Dan hari berikutnya mereka datang setengah jalan melemparkan kunjungan saya untuk memberitahu saya bahwa saya bisa pindah kamar, tapi saya tidak ingin merusak kunjungan saya. Kemudian mengatakan kepada saya bahwa saya harus agar mereka bekerja di tv yang bukan milik mereka .. ingin pengembalian uang, masih menginginkannya.

Tidak ada seorang pun di sana untuk check-in. Setelah 20 menit, kami pergi. Mohon pengembalian dana

The service wasn't all that good because I was charged for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged for. They have a lack of communication with each other.

The amenities may not always be available for use although staff is very kind.

This was absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences that anyone could go through. Hotel has roaches which the staff continue to deny. We definitely had to check out immediately and then the staff was nasty and spiteful.

Did not have the room type that I reserved. Very noisy, we could hear everything in the room next door and in the hallways and it lasted late into the night.

Room doors were hard to open and shut. Building smelled like smoke and party there was so loud

It was okay nothing to brag about room was nice & clean but alot of loud noise walls paper thin

First of the check in process was the easiest thing. The pet fee is each day, after when I called the lady said for a week. Room had a lot of broken items, like lights fixture, walls and door, etc. Had multiply charges, that kept coming even the night right before I checked out. When I called to talk about the extra charges lady talked down to me like I was stupid. Checked out at 0700 because it was so loud couldn’t sleep, and soon as I said what room I was in the computers weren’t working. She said she emailed me my invoice, but never got anything. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anybody!!

The gym equipment didn’t work, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was mediocre.

Bathtub had a crack in it. Towels were hand towel size . Breakfast was non existent. WiFi cut out every 3 hours

Room needs renovation especially the bathroom. Cleaniness of the bathroom was very poorly done (if done at all). I had to clean the bathroom myself aa there were long strands of hair in the tub and lot of dirty/debris on the floors
